James provided the clearest contract among the painters we met. It took a little getting used to how he works his schedule. However, we gained confidence in his scheduling once we realize that he/his painters are always there when they say they would be and they always get things we need done before they have to be done. (We are coordinating multiple teams working on the house at the same time period.) James is very detailed oriented. While he was not with his painters most of the time, he checked on their work to make sure the work meets his standards. He also pointed out couple things on other contractors' work that we would not have noticed ourselves so that we can get those fixed/improved. His painters seem to be good at what they do. I do wish more of them would be able to communicate in English. Luckily, we can talk to James when we have any questions and he is responsive.



James did exactly what he said he would. He also helped us out with some interior door issues. We liked him so much that we expanded our original scope of work from interior only to exterior as well. Even though his price was not the best we could have gotten, we found it fair for the good work he does. I plan to work with him again on my upcoming project.

They are pretty good. He is responsive and the price is very reasonable. I would continue to use them.

They completed the work in a timely fashion. The walls are beautiful and any imperfections in the wall were corrected. I would definitely hire them back again. James did my estimate and then he came out with the workman, Jacob, to be sure everything was clear. James carefully set out each paint can by the area to be done and made sure it was the correct finish. Jacob had a good work ethic, communicated with me well and did a fine job. I would definitely hire them again.
