What he did was butcher my roses, damage my trees, leave a mess and waste time. I made the mistake of paying him when a deposit after he wasted about an hour using a tiny chipper to try to shred all the branches. He might as well have used a coffee grinder. Then he left that mess. I specifically told hims which hedges to trim and to not TOUCH any trees, as I have these pruned by an arborist and not to touch the roses, which I grow as a hobby and must be hand pruned. I hear this awful noise and look out to see he has scalped my climbing roses on the front fence, has mowed off my Guara flowers and taken the hedge trimmer to my climbing specimen rose. Hacked it to bits! I told him again not to touch and roses or trees. Next thing I know, I hear the trimmer again and he's *mowing* my heritage oak tree. Not a language problem, he speaks English as a first language...but an IDIOT problem. Do not let this guy anywhere near your yard, don't give him any money and lock your gate!
