I called and was connected to a nice man, who scheduled me for the next day. Two men showed up and they cleaned out my septic tank. They were unable to open the clean out lid, due to its condition, and recommend a plumber would be able to replace the very old cap.

They showed up on time, told me what they were going to do. They had partial capacity from another job, so the owner came back within the hour and finished the job.  Everything was left clean and neat.

Lance called shortly before they arrived to let me know they could come a little early. ken and Lance worked as a great team to do a professional job in a timely matter. They both had very good attitudes and were pleasant to deal with.
