City Wide Chemdry

Having hired another Chem-Dry agent last year, I thought I would go with one more locally. it It had been one year since the carpet was shampooed and there were traffic stains sustained throughout the year's use. Those particular stains were pre-spotted and came out clean, however, there were other soiled areas which, subsequent to shampooing appear "streaked." The appx. 5x7 rug did not come clean at all, and may not have been pre-spotted as it was serviced on the garage floor, but was replaced in one of the bedrooms after drying. I question whether the "Stain Resistant Treatment [like teflon]" was applied, as the traffic areas on my carpets now, one month later, look pretty much as soiled as they were before. I was totally surprised that only one technician came, as it would seem to me that the job probably would have been more thorough and quicker had there been two. After shampooing, In one photo the really stained spot now appears much lighter than the not so stained area bordering it.

I have used Dave's more than once. I was always satisfied. He came, he cleaned, he left and all was fine. Carpets looked good when done.

Dave arrived on time, well dressed, well mannered and professional. The carpet was very dirty and he cleaned it pretty well but had to come back to get some missed spots. He had said that there would be two people so furniture could be moved but he was the only one who came out. I had moved the majority of the furniture except heavy pieces. He didn't come out to give me an estimate but instead did it over the phone and said it would be $100.00. Had I known that he would be alone and that the price was more than anticipated, I would most likely have hired another company that did come out and did have two people and estimated the job at $140.00.

This gentleman whom I've used 3 times before over a 4 yr period comes on time , is thorough and careful is efficient. The chemicals are nontoxic and I only need to be out of the place for several hours.

I have used Dave's ChemDry for many years. It has always been a fantastic experience. Today I just had two rooms done, but in the past I've had the entire house carpet cleaned many times. I've also had the floor tile/grout cleaned. I've always been completely pleased with the work done. I have animals, and Dave's ChemDry has never failed to remove a spot. I've also had the treatment done that removes urine odor, and have never smelled urine after the treatment. I've also never had a spot return after Dave took care of it. My old carpet was poor quality and he always made it look like new!

cleaning was done well and in a reasonable amount of time. drying was far quicker than stanley steemer. will use again for seasonal carpet cleaning.

We have used them twice and the last time was just a couple months prior when they cleaned all of our carpets. They are really conscientious and they were able to come out at pretty short notice. They were just mindful of keeping our house from being messier after they leave. They are very professional and we like that we were dealing directly with the owner of the business. They were very responsive to our feedback and I feel like if we had needed them to come out and do anything extra, they would have bent over backwards to make us happy customers.

It was a father and son team; the father was teaching the son the business. They were not terribly professional because it was more of a family operation. I still have spots on the concrete in front of my house where the machine leaked oil. The dad came back about three times and I am not real pleased with them. Best I can figure, they left too much product in the carpet so it looked great when they left, but the next day when I woke up, there was a big brown spot on my beige carpet. When I complained, he came right back to fix it and the next day the stain was just a little lighter but still there. He eventually got most of it out and I eventually gave up. The carpet began to smell because it had been wet for so many days but the smell is gone now. I would not go back to him. He was very nice and he came back every time I called but it was very aggravating.

I called Dave's Chem Dry for an appointment on Friday and they scheduled for Monday morning. Dave was right on time, gave us an estimate, and explained the services offered. He was not at all pushy, rather he was very personable and helpful. He measured for the job to give an accurate estimate. Once services were agreed upon, he vacuumed thoroughly. He finished up in a couple of hours. Dave was helpful in telling us how to better care for our carpet. The price was very reasonable. The carpet dried within a few hours. We were very happy with Dave's work and would recommend him to others without hesitation.

I made an appointment on Monday. They called Wednesday evening to say they would be about an hour late. Dave arrived within an hour of the original appointment. He was very courteous and professional and completed the job within the time frame he had stated. The carpets had several pet stains and now look great. Drying time was about 2 hours.

Great! They came the next day, right on time, accepted a coupon from an old phone book, did great work.
