Quickly returned our call and set up an appointment within a week. Knowledgable, efficient, thorough, quick and personable. Very helpful in giving tips on pool/equipment care. Very old tile came out beautiful. Would recommend his services to anyone who needs pool tile cleaning.

Shortly after placing a call to Baystile to get an estimate, I was contacted by Frank. The level of customer service I would receive was foreshadowed during our initial phone conversation. Frank was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and happy to provide an "on the spot" phone estimate. After consulting with my spouse and deciding we did not want to look at the ugly white build-up on our pool and spa again this summer, I placed another call to Baystile to set up an appointment. Frank showed up on time ready to get the job done. Minutes after setting up his equipment and lowering the water levels, Frank was in the pool "magically" erasing 9 years of build-up (not smart to wait that long). After blasting the tile, he cleaned off the pool deck, shined/wiped down the sparkling clean tile, then proceeded to vacuum out the debris. What a difference an excellent tile cleaning made!
