They replaced some broken tiles. The quality of work was very good and I was impressed with it. They were professional. It was difficult at first to get a hold of them because they were busy. It sometimes took days to get a response but once they came out everything was okay.

I had a good experience with them. They were convenient, friendly and I have confidence in them. They were diligent and detailed. They did everything on time and I appreciated that. The quality was good. They were also responsive, punctual and professional.

We had a lot of problems with the quality of the materials and some problems with workmanship. They had to return to replace both rooms of vinyl flooring. The carpeting was done well the first time. They were very cooperative and helpful and I would recommend them, but it was the wrong quality of flooring material that they sold us in the first place.

They located the exact tile that we wanted, sent us a detailed estimate and installed when we decided on a date. They were very good at answering our questions. It went well.

They were very considerate. I have problems with my back and there is not any place to put things and they made it so easy for me. The guys took the items out of my closet and put them back in. It looks fantastic and they did a beautiful job! I would recommend them to anyone! They are so talented! They know how to take care of your items without damaging stuff!
Updated: 6/22/2012 They were really good and they did a beautiful job when they did the work but I am now getting very frustrated as I have spent the last month trying to get a hold of them to come make repairs on the work done. They installed the bottom piece slide for the sliding wood door that is screwed into the floor. The door bends back and does not line up with the track and is now hitting the new molding that was installed. It is very hard to move the back sliding wood door and is very hard on my back. I could throw out my back with this door. This is now a definite health issue. They installed the gliders too far back and I would like it be aligned correctly as it should have been. If you take something apart, put it back correctly. I have been given the runaround for the last month and they still have not called back once or came to repair. Another bedroom's slide also needs to be inspected as well. It is one minor adjustment and one larger adjustment.

"We were notified that the member had filed a complaint in regards to the installation of the molding at her home. When we arrived member stated that closet door was not closing due to the moldings that were installed. Member asked us if there was anything we could do to fix the problem with the doors. We informed her that we would do a quick adjustment to the rollers on the closet doors. Upon completion member asked us if we would look at the other set of closet doors that were not closing all the way. We informed the member that the door was hitting the molding due to the doors being old and were sagging off the track and that this had nothing to do with the installation of the flooring or the moldings that was done by company. We informed the member that in order for the closet doors to close correctly she would need to have someone come out and fix them. The member’s response was can’t we just cut the molding but by doing this it will create a gap between the molding and the closet door. In order for the problem to be fixed to the member’s satisfaction she should have a company that fixes closet doors come out and fix or replace her existing closet doors."

After searching many tile companies, we chose West Coast Flooring because of their amazing customer service and attention to our project needs. We weren't quite sure of the direction we were going with our bathroom floor and David came through for us by suggesting an amazing tile layout that worked for our vintage home. I had been looking for a travertine tile to match my granite kitchen counter for three months. Because the travertine tile has varying tones, I spent over three months trying to locate the right one on my own. West Coast flooring was able to locate the right one for me within a week. I have been very pleased with the Travertine floor which is located through out the living room, family room, dinning room and kitchen of my home. West Coast flooring also recommended a sealer that has preserved the tile from stains in heavy used areas. I have been very happy and pleased with the floor! Thank West Coast Flooring.

We visited several kitchen show rooms and had a few kitchen designers visit our home. Because we had specific requirements regarding the tiered island, we were told that the kitchen was too small and we did not have enough space for the concept we desired. Then we found West Coast flooring. They made the arrangements for a kitchen designer to layout the kitchen design we envisioned. The kitchen was designed to our specifications. Also as we shopped for the granite kitchen counter, we became aware of the various installation flaws that occur, such as noticeable seams on the back splash and counters being very noticeable and that pattern did not line up. West Coast flooring has the best granite installer. He is meticulous and detail oriented. Throughout the kitchen there is only one seam that is not even noticeable. Also, where the backsplash and counter meet, it is so tight, there is no grout line visible. The bull nose on the granite is beautiful, plus the granite has a beautiful shine. We have been extremely pleased with our new kitchen. We are happy we found West Coast flooring to help us with our design dilemma and material. We will definitely use them again.

From the first meeting, Dave was delightful. He was very interested in my "creative" plan suggestions and gave great advice on what will look best as well as fit within my budget. He was very helpful finding the right tile and flooring....plus the price was just perfect for my limited budget. Once the job started, he didnt disappear! He was at the job almost every day to make sure the job was done to plan and that all my daily questions and concerns were addressed. His staff are very skilled, tidy, showed up on time and cleaned up every day! The job finished on time, on budget and looks beautiful!! I would hire him again and strongly recommend West Coast Flooring / West Coast Creations to anyone who needs a great new bathroom or new floors !! I already plan on hiring him to refinish my wood floors in the futute. Dave and his staff were a pleasure to see every day. I can't say enough.
