TIM'S CARPET CLEANING

It went really well. Tim was professional and upfront. The carpets looked brand new after he was done. Of all the quotes I got for our house. Tim was the most reasonable.

They did a good job. I have a very old carpet (about 28 years old) that had a lot of stains and it looks much better now. They arrived on time and honored coupon I printed from Angie's list.

Our experience with them was okay.  There was no problem with them.  He did fine.  He was very nice.  We have lots of stairs with really dirty carpets.  He said he would come back and do it free.  We probably should have them come back again.  They look okay.  We actually took all the furniture out ourselves.  He didn’t say anything about that, but we moved a lot of it ourselves.

We had a large, serious cat urine problem all around the edges of our nearly-new carpet!  The smell was horrific.  Tim did a wonderful job!  He pulled the carpet back, replaced the soiled pad, treated the concrete with enzymes, replaced the tack strips, thoroughly cleaned the back of the carpet, relaid it adding more enzyme, then cleaned the top.  It took hours.  He had quoted us $300.00 on the phone, though I thought it was a bigger job than he expected, he still charged the estimated cost.  The carpet looks like new and the cat smell is gone!!  I will certainly recommend him to my friends and of course I'll call him again!  

I emailed about 3 top rated cleaners from Angie's list. Only 1 responded - Tim. I described the job, and he gave me a quote over the phone. I called him that day and he scheduled a time to come by. I was especially pleased he used a truck mounted cleaner, as that is better than the portable cleaners that have been used by cleaners in the past. That made the price of $100 seem very reasonable as the time to setup for such a small job is the same as for a big job, and it takes a bit of time with a truck mounted unit.

He runs a one-man show. Once becoming used to his informal personality, he was concerned about the fans, how well and fast they worked, the noise and that I keep my costs down. This part was fairly inexpensive. I asked him to clean all the carpets in my house. This was $310. I have had it done for a lot less elsewhere with the same results. However, his immediate response and concern for my dilemma with a flooded carpet, was appreciated.

He wrecked my carpet. I have DuPont ultra life carpet and it was yellow after he left. He came out twice and still didn't do any good. He just didn't know what he was doing. I had to call another company to clean up after him.

Tim returned my call promptly. He arrived the next day for a written estimate and we agreed on a service date within the next week. On the day of service, Tim and his assistant arrived on time and performed all work within two hours (as quoted). They were courteous and professional. Tim answered all my questions. I really appreciated that he guarantees his work and asks you to call him if you have any problems after he has cleaned. My carpets look great!

This is the second time I've used Tim. He's great. He responds quickly, he does the work quickly, the quality is good, and his prices are very fair.

Arrived on time did work as agreed. Carpet is very clean.

THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. TIM (THE OWNER) AND ONE OF HIS WORKERS PERFORMED THE WORK. THEY WERE ON-TIME, POLITE AND DID THE WORK AS ADVERTISED. I AM VERY PLEASED.

I WAS VERY PLEASED. HE WAS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. VERY FRIENDLY. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY COMES OUT AND BRINGS ONE OTHER GUY WITH HIM AND WE HAVE NOT COMPLAINED ABOUT IT.
