Our cat had an eye that was swollen shut for over a day and a half so we took it in to see the doctor. After asking us questions and ruling out other possibilities Dr. Glassberg stained its eye and saw the ulcer/laceration. The doctor prescribed meds for us and gave us instructions, with some strategies to use to make the medicating less stressful for both the cat and us.
Dr. Glassberg, Dr. Grimes and everyone at Sunnycrest do their best for our pet's needs. They are thorough and most importantly, they educate the owners and are not condescending toward them. When our late cat's biopsy showed evidence of pancreatic cancer, the doctor offered different options and allowed us to make an informed decision based on the information they provided. Sunnycrest has a network that works inside and outside of their facility to get the best care possible for my cat. The only time i encountered any issue ever is another time when there were no doctors in the office on certain days, and the entire office takes lunch in the afternoon, so midday emergencies are not able to be handled right away.

"We are very sorry to hear that you felt our staff was "nonchalant". All of my staff are animal lovers and I feel terrible that your perception was anything different than that. I'm the one responsible for trying the dry food when your cat was not eating the dry food so I take responsibility for that. When your cat was dropped off for boarding we were told the appetite was poor. Wish you could have contacted me sooner so that I could have spoken to the staff member you dealt with. She is no longer with us so it is too late for me to discuss your impression with her. The abscess your cat had was not at the site where the vaccines were given so was unrelated to the cat being vaccinated. We can recommend some other good boarding places if you need help finding a good place next time you need to board the cat."

My cat has an autoimmune disorder and frequently needs veterinary treatment. I've been taking my cat to receive care from Dr. Glassberg and also Dr. Grimes for many years. They take excellent care of all of my cats, and I know they are in good hands when they are boarded or groomed at the vet's office. I am so glad we found Sunnycrest Animal Care Center, and I would recommend it to anyone.

They are very customer friendly and I mean not just to me but to my pets as well. They are competitive in pricing. They are quick to service you. I have just dogs and cats. If it is major we go to other hospital, for routine check and dental we go to Sunnycrest animal care center.
