I never have to wait for any long period of time for any doctors appointment or test. The Lab could have 10 people waiting at any given time and within 20 minutes, it is empty. The exray, MRI department is also very fast and efficient. I was there for an abdominal CT scan and had to drink 2 drinks, and it takes an hour to just drink these. They never forgot about me, even with this department being super busy. A lot of patients came and went, and once it was my time, they came right out and took me into the CT scan. 15 minutes I was done. So I take my hat off to them. They are highly trained and run a smooth department.

I have been seeing him for 15 years. He is an excellent doctor.

He is attentive, kind, intelligent and conservative with his treatment (ie. he prefers to prescribe the older, tried & true treatments rather than the newest, latest drug on the market). I trust Dr. Sugarman implicitly. Dr. Sugarman is well connected and respected within his rheumatology community. Note: he's not a fan of alternative treatments (ie. homeopathic or natural).By the way, I don't think he is taking new patients.
