EXCELLENT AND HIGHLY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL

Excellent job! These guys a professionals with a very relaxed and friendly demeanor. Proper handling of confidential information is of paramount importance in my field of work. So Cal Shred has been taking care of this for years and I would not go anywhere else.

It was super easy to schedule a time. The owner was extremely responsive with my request and thoroughly answered my questions about the process (I was nervous since my job consisted of personal paperwork at my home). The driver was prompt, courteous, and most of all, efficient. He was literally in and out within 10 minutes and all of my paperwork was gone and shredded! Such an easy process, I wish I had used them sooner.

We deal with a lot of documents and wind up with mounds and mounds of paper. We have someone come monthly, and they are always prompt, polite and helpful while we gather what is not already in our bins.

It went great. Jose called 20 minutes ahead to let us know, he was on his way. Then he handled everything in a friendly and very professional manner. We were very impressed with the service: Shredding of our documents happened on site, empty bankers boxes were returned to us afterwards, we got information on were to drop off more documents to shred when needed. The price was the best offer we found. Will definitely use their services again and highly recommend them!!!

Very pleased from scheduling to completion of the project. The gentleman who came to our residence to do the shredding was punctual, professional and pleasant. I couldn't believe how efficient and quick the shredding process took to complete. Hopefully, we will not let that much stuff accumulate again, but, we are planning on using SoCal Shred at our business location.

It went great. I have used other companies in the past, but suddenly this year they claimed they could not service my area because we are in the Hollywood Hills and the streets are too narrow for their trucks (the same trucks that have been up here at least 7 times in the past 11 years.) I told SoCal Shred about our location as soon as I spoke with Neil, and he said no problem. The confirmations were by email, and the scheduling took into account the truck's proximity to our area, good environmental practice. I got a call from Jose F 20 minutes before he arrived (which was very timely). In less than 15 minutes the documents were shredded, I had paid, and Jose was on his way. He was efficient, professional and friendly. Years ago I had tried shredding my own documents---penny wise and pound foolish. SoCal Shred gave good service for a very reasonable price. We will use them again.

They are very professional, attentive to details, arrive on time, neat, and responsive. The record the paper's being shredded.

The team from SoCal Shred is here every other week to take care of all of our document shredding.  They are very dependable and have also been available for special projects as needed.  We've been very happy with their service over the last five years.
