Called about 30 minutes before he showed up right on time. Took a look at the situation and went right to work. He had the shower working just like new within about 30 minutes. He took the time to make sure that the entire work area was as clean as he found it and then answered my many questions.
Not knowing what was wrong I am sure I would have been perfectly happy paying much more for a bigger job and I truly appreciate his honestly and will absolutely use him again.
They showed up right on time, and worked straight through for about four hours, spending a large amount of time crawling around under the house fixing the leak in the kitchen sink cleanout. They also inspected all of the plumbing down in the crawl space and now we know that we don't have any other leaks. They charged us exactly what they said they were going to, showed up on time, and fixed everything we asked them to fix. What else could you ask for, really?I love the new faucets they installed, also. Much nicer and easier to turn off and on than the old ones. They're some kind of washerless thing and a big improvement over our 1970s era antiques.
I wouldn't hesitate to call again for any sort of plumbing needs, they were fantastic.
