Very satisfied with the service provided by Reliable Haul-Away.  Mark responded quickly to my call and gave me a firm quote over the phone.  Mark and his helper, Albert, were professional, friendly, on-time, careful and fast.

Everything was great and I would definitely use Reliable Haul-Away again.  I called this morning and left a message.  Mark called me back shortly thereafter with a quote.  They were at my house a few hours later and quickly took care of everything.  Mark called 15 minutes before they arrived.  Very friendly and professional.

They're absolutely great.  The owner was the reference through a wife of a friend of mine.  They're very reliable.  They tell you when they're going to be there and they're always on time.  They're great.  They helped me with other things even in my house when I asked them to do just because I'm a senior citizen; they're more than willing to help.  I just love them because they give you time on your work schedule.  Their price is very reasonable. 

They did a good job. They did not scratch any of the furniture.  They did it in a reasonable time. I would recommend them.

I sent web request for quote and they called me within a couple of hours.  I sent a photo of the pile by email and he quoted me an approximate price.  Arranged time and date.  They called one hour before arrival.  Two very professional educated guys worked hard hauling bricks, blocks and lumber up the slope.  They swept the area afterwards and were done in a good time.  Did not exceed quote.
I talked to them about removing old electronics and e waste.  Said they will do it - no problem.
Excellent experience, I'd use them again any time.

Mark cane and they haul away a very heavy TV and dresser from the 2nd floor of our house. They were hereon time and quickly removed the items I would use them again.

I had used Reliable Haul-away previously on Nov. 16 for a smaller job and when they were finished they gave me an estimate for this current job.  Two men, dressed neatly and professionally, arrived on time and quickly went to work.  It was a dirty job as the old shed had been built about 50 years ago and had begun to sort of rot in place!  They completed the job and did a very nice job of cleaning up a very messy situation!!!

Easy to contact and set appointment.  They gave me a phone estimate of $125 for the items that I described.  The day of the appointment they called 20 minutes ahead of arriving.  Two workmen arrived on time and were very clean and professionally dressed.  They quickly got to business and hauled away the requested items and a few other items I had not listed and only charged me $10 extra, for a total job cost of $135.  I was so impressed with the price and service that I got an estimate to return and do some demolition and hauling of other items.  We agreed on a price and set a new appointment for Nov. 19.

I spoke with Mark Lamb and he set up a day and time to come and haul away items that I piled up in my garage.  He answered all my questions about what they could and could not take.  Both Mark and his employee were very courteous and professional.  They were on time and took everything I had.  I would definitely recommend them.

Called this morning at 930 am for a price to take away a recliner ($ 75.00)
The kind gentleman ( sorry, I forgot the men's names but they were very nice and professional )
They told me they would be here today between 1 and 3 pm.
They arrived about 2.
I asked them how much additional they would charge me for the 2 desk chairs and ironing board ($ 25.00)

So, even though it kills me to pay that kind of money to remove good furniture from my home, I was very happy with the whole experience from beginning to end.

The 2 men who came to my home to pick up were top notch.

Mark and his team did a fabulous job of getting everything out of the home that we wanted to dispose of.  We really like that they try to get rid of items in a "sustainable" fashion by taking items that are in good shape to donation centers.

The price was reasonable. They were great for stuff that was bigger than our car. It was a great way to clean out. We would recommend them.

Reliable gave a firm price quote prior to pick-up.  800 Got Junk would not commit to a price, despite the clear description of the mattress (size & weight).  Reliable arrived exactly on time with appropriate paperwork, removed the mattress and that was that.  The price quoted was the price I paid.  They were professional and well organized.

I called this company because I needed some wood from an old fence removed from my yard.  I was a bit concerned because the new fence was freshly painted just that day and I wanted to make sure they didn't mess up the new paint job when hauling this wood away that was 6 feet in length.  The gentleman I spoke with was Mark and he was very accommodating because I told him I needed this job done on Saturday giving him only 2 days notice, he said that was not a problem and scheduled me.  He was very professional and very nice.  I got a very good feeling about how his company works because he explained everything to me.  He gave me an estimate (a price range) over the phone because I didn't really know exactly how much I had as far as the weight was concerned.  Well Friday rolled around and I called him to ask if there was anyway they could come a day early.  Again Mark said no problem and I got a call  about 15-20 minutes before they were due to arrive as Mark stated they would do.  The guys arrived and they quoted me the price after assessing exactly what I needed them to haul away and it was in the range that Mark had quoted me.  The guys were also very courteous and they got right to work and didn't slow down till the job was done.  I asked them if they could take some additional items that I realized needed dumping at the last minute and they included these items and didn't even charge me any extra.  They were very careful with my freshly painted fence just as Mark said they would be.  I am extremely pleased with the service they provided and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants a professional job from a very RELIABLE company!  What a refreshing change it is to do business with a company that really knows how to treat a customer.

there were two men, they moved anything in the way and took out 4 pieces out of the bedroom, two quite heavy ones.  The easy chair removal was an easy.

Called Reliable from Angie's List and left message with their Operator. Received a call back within 30 minutes. I explained what I needed done and they explained how they work and how much they cost. They charge $140 per load, a load being about the amount of waste that will fit in a typical apartment complex dumpster. I thought mine would fit that, so we agreed on the $140. But they were very clear if it went over, I would be charged more, but on a pro-rated basis. I was fine with this. We agreed on a date and time for them to come and perform the work. They arrived within the agreed upon time window. There were 3 men and they made quick work of the job. I think they took maybe 30 minutes total. They checked in with me before starting, got to work quickly, and checked with me on some items just to be sure. Since the amount of junk was more than the one dumpster, I did pay more than the $140, but not for a full second load. All in all I was very happy with their work and price. I will definitely recommend as well as use them again.

Overall the experience was very good, they even went the extra step and moved my new couch upstairs. The only issue I had and this is common in southern California, they did get stuck in traffic and missed their window. I called them and the crew called me back to let me know where they were and when they would arrive. The work was quick and efficient and they were friendly. I would use them again especially if I was remodeling, they have a large pick up truck and trailer.

I found them amazing and the owner's responsibility towards his workers was worth appreciating. We were having our office broken down and were having it donated to a club. The workers broke down some business cubicles which were actually supposed to be moved. The owner took charge and searched for someone else who was getting rid of his office building. He found the items, moved it, assembled it and sent it directly to the club we were donating our items to. I found their prices very reasonable and the owner made everyone happy. He didn't give us a bill until the entire process was done. They actually replaced items worth a huge amount and didn't charge us for it. We were absolutely pleased with their work.
