ry. We asked the company to drop off the container earlier but was told that since it is warehoused the schedule cannot be changed. Then we were told that the container was lost. It was late. We were going on a trip, and they were not able to give any more specifics or make any accommodations. They basically told us that it'll get there when it gets there. They offered some compensation for their troubles, which was not remotely satisfactory. The most disappointing part is the way they communicated and treated us. They were unwilling to make any accommodations and basically wanted us to wait around until they can deliver. This is very poor customer service.
