I called Pipeline at about 9 AM this morning and was told Richard was currently on a job but could be to our place before noon today. He arrived at 11:50 AM. He did a 10 minute inspection and then told me in layman‘s terms what was going on. He gave me a price, which I was very happy to pay, so I told him to “go for it.“ By 1:30 PM I had the cold air pumping in my house again. This is the second time I have used Richard and Pipeline. He is fast, reliable, reasonable, prompt, friendly, helpful, and very skillful at what he does. Next time I have a problem with plumbing, heating or air conditioning, I am calling Richard and Pipeline.

I had the best experience with this company they were fast and friendly. I called to have a new kitchen faucet installed and a new water purifier added while they were there they also hooked up my ice maker for me. They did an excellent job. I am glad to have found them and want to recommend their services. I placed their phone number on my wall so if I needed this service again I would knew who to call. A week later when the thermostat on my air conditioner went out. The phone number was right there and they quickly took care of that issue. Thank you for everything, and keep it up the good work.

The service tech was very professional and a perfectionist. This call resulted in the complete correction of issues created by or uncorrected by another company that was incapable or unwilling (over the course of one year) to fix the leakage problem originally contracted to correct. The Pipeline service engineer, Richard, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, secured the necessary parts and promptly returned for the installation. I am very pleased with the friendly, reasonably-priced service provided and won't hesitate to use this company for any future needs. As Pipeline does plumbing, I will use them for those issues, also.
