They never showed up to do the vacation service, so when we got back the pool was dark green, opaque, and buzzing with insects, and the impeller on the pump had destroyed itself. They replaced the impeller for free. When we hired them to replace the suction cleaner, they botched the electrical work, so that our heater was completely inoperable. When I complained to Bill Noble about the problem, he wanted me to pay more money to get the job redone correctly. I had to hire a different company to redo the job.

The Noble’s Pool & Spa have been maintaining our pool for the last year and a half.  They were here last week.  They are punctual.  They are doing their job properly and nice.  It was well.  It’s okay.  Their price is within the range.

Nobel did what we wanted at a reasonable cost so we could open out community pool.

IT'S PRETTY GOOD. THEY JUST DO THEIR JOB. WE DON'T HAVE A LOT OF POOL. IT'S NOT A BIG ONE. THEY'RE ALWAYS HERE. IT'S NOT EXACTLY ON THE DAY THEY SAY, BUT THEY'RE HERE, AND THEY'RE KEEPING A TAB ON OUR SPA. HE LETS ME KNOW IF ANYTHING IS WRONG.

THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND VERY POLITE. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE IS THEY RAISED THEIR PRICE LAST MONTH. THEY SEND OUT THE SAME TECHNICIAN EACH YEAR. IT'S ALWAYS THIS GUY NAMED JOE. HE KNOWS HOW TO GET IN THE BACKYARD. HE KIND OF KNOWS THE HISTORY OF THE POOL. I LIKE THE FACT THAT IT IS NOT A NEW GUY EVERY WEEK.

WE CALLED NOBLES, AND THEY REPORTED THAT THEY HAD EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED. WE ORDERED THE COVER, IT CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER AND FITS LIKE A GLOVE. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED, AND WILL BE A RETURN CUSTOMER FOR ALL OUR SPA NEEDS.
