Mikes Reasonable Roofing

Mike and his crew were awesome. They were on time, thorough and our roof looks great. We felt that the price was fair and when the termite damage was found the increased cost was minimal. What really impressed us as well was their response to an unexpected rain storm. The forcast predicted a slight chance of rain. The crew tarped the roof before leaving. Naturally the sky opened at about 2-3 am. Even though the roof was tarped, they came back out to be sure there was no leaking. Mike and his team were great and we have recommended them to friends.

Roof, continued to have leaking problems, they came out and ck'd it and said that it was due to joining roof and they covered with sealant. Continued to have several new leaking problems in areas distant from joining roof. Contacted them twice and reluctantly was told that they would ck it out. Two mos. later still no follow-up.

Mike's estimate and bid were the first I received. Several months passed during which I received other bids but also had a family wedding and other preoccupations. Finally I decided to study and compare all received bids. Reviewing all the reports in Angie's List was very helpful in pointing out important areas to be specifically mentioned. As Mike's bid was also the lowest as well as the oldest, I called him to be certain about some points.
He came out, examined the existing roof again and stood by his original bid, but as by now I knew more about possible variations, I requested certain additional services. This increased his original bid, but only slightly. His manner was professional, patient and knowledgeable as well as reasonable. He scheduled the work to begin promptly. He and his crew arrived on the dot and performed as unobtrusively as possible and were capable and courteous. I would definitely recommend his company to others.

They did a quality job and performed all work as they described in their contract. Their pricing was very reasonable. The entire team was very professional, prompt, and friendly as well. We would definitely use them again and would provide their name as a referral.

I had two leaks in my roof that were progressively getting worse and I wanted to get them fixed during the off-peak (non-rainy) season. This company was referred to me by two co-workers, both of whom were very satisfied with their experiences. The owner's son came by in the early morning, on time, to inspect my roof and provide an estimate. He was very friendly, professional and honest. Their estimate was reasonable so I agreed to their quote. They worked on my roof right away and finished about 4-5 hours later. It rained later that evening but my ceiling no longer leaks. The real test will be during early Spring season, when it rains heavily, but I don't think I will have any problems. They have a 2 year warranty on labor just in case. So far, I am very happy that I got my roof fixed properly and at a fair price. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

He is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about him. He lives in the neighborhood and he has done a lot of houses in the neighborhood. I found him from other neighbors. Some other neighbors have come to me and asked me about him. It is a family run business; him and his son. The work had to be done a week before Christmas. It was a nightmare but he was great. We did a refinancing. We had to get it done as soon as possible otherwise they would not give us the loan. He worked with us and he was great. He was awesome. We spent $18,000 but that included things other than the roof. The price for the roof was $14,700. He tore down a room for me and did the roof line. He replaced a lot of termite damaged wood. I had taken an estimate from another company but his price was better. I will use him again in the future.

They were very good and cleaned up after themselves.

He was prompt, and he very much stuck with his initial bid - there were no surprises. He was very clear about the work he was going to do, how long it would take, and when he would do it. It was very good to hear that amount of clarity coming from a contractor. He is definitely going to be my roofer for any future roof work.
