Dave did an excellent job. I have used him since 2007. It was his suggestion to change the fuses since my unit and wiring could support the increased amperage. I originally contacted him to replace the contacts and the capacitor but he said the original capacitor did not require replacement. He suggested checking the furnace (located beneath the house) since it had not been serviced since 2013 when the original installer (Dependable Graham) replaced a circuit board. Everything was fine. He recommended having it serviced every two years and annually after it is 10 years old.

Great service! Showed up on time, told me what he was going to do, took the part away, and called me when replacement part was ready to be installed. Very good job!

THEY ARE REALLY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS AND DON'T FOOL AROUND. THEY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM IF THERE IS ONE. THEY GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE BEFORE THEY WORK. THEY RING TRUE TO THE ESTIMATE.

WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY, I WAS GREETED BY A VERY PLEASANT PERSON AND SHE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR ME. I USE THEM EVERY YEAR AND THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY PUT A STICKER ON MY FURNACE TO LET ME KNOW WHEN I NEED TO HAVE IT RE SERVICED.
