I contacted L & S for a non-emergency repair of our garage door. Blayne quickly returned my call for an appointment, arrived on time, trouble-shot the failure condition, completed the repair and performed some minor service in less than an hour. Blayne was professional, knowledgeable, and charged a fair price. I would not hesitate to call him again for any garage door service.

I recommended L&S for my parents based on their reviews on AL and they were VERY happy with their service. Since then, my parents recommended L&S to my niece. The sales person was very knowledgeable and easy to work with and the pricing was better than the company with the most reviews. The installer did a great job and my dad mentioned how he cleaned up the old wires and neatly bundled the new wiring. Very professional.

This company gets an A+ for helping me out yesterday (on a Saturday!) with a minor adjustment to my garage door motor. If this results in a temporary measure, I will definitely have them install a replacement motor. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone and so was his technician, Chris, who did the work. I found this company that is very close to my home on Angie's List and selected them because of their excellent standing on Angie's List. I'm super fussy about having nothing but quality work done at my home and you never really know what you're going to get with an unknown company. In this instance, I clearly chose a quality company and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to neighbors who need any garage door work.

Called L&S about 2 years ago to service door when it jammed. Blayne responded to my call and was here the very next day. Liked the prompt and courteous service; no hard sell to replace at that time. Met with Blayne recently to discuss replacing both the door and opener and, again, response was quick, to the point and product options were clearly explained. The installer was here on 10/31 at around 10. It took about 4 hours or so to complete installation and all went smoothly. Installer was courteous, friendly and even swept up my garage after he was done!! The new door and motor operate smootly and is very quiet. I highly recommend L&S Garage Door and would use them again, any time.

Amazing. In addition to the services, Chris programmed my vehicle to open the garage door and went over additional remote features. Blayne (owner) was responsive and Chris (the rep that did the work) was about as nice, professional and competent as one can get. L&S Garage Door just made a life-long customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Oh yeah, I called Sat afternoon and they came Sunday (next day) and were done in about 35 minutes.

Installed support bar to stabilize motion. Adjusted springs. Replaced lock mechanism. Result was smooth, quiet, dependable action. Hasn’t worked this well for a decade. Blaine was friendly and professional and didn’t try to sell unnecessary services. Very satisfied.

The process went very well. Ken came to the job on time, the day after we called for help. We couldn't get in or out of the garage. He explained the entire issue, as he saw it. For the cost of this job he reset the cable on the pulley and ensured that the 2 springs were set at the proper tension and balanced. He verified that there were no other door issues. If we have any more garage door problems, L&S garage Door has earned repeat business from us.

very well, they were able to come by and fix my garage door with in the hour that I called, they diagnosed the problem and were able to fix it quickly.

Blayne came out and gave me a comprehensive review of the work. I'm a DIY guy but not roll-up garage doors. I had a good feeling about his review of the work, so good that I didn't bother with a second opinion until I heard this frequent radio ad for a competitor who gave what I came to find out a bait and switch advertisement. Mike Sullivan was the installer and he wasted no movement accomplishing his task. I am very pleased with the results. They'll get the next job from me without a bid.

We are seniors and won't even attempt to do this work on our own anymore and this company was FANTASTIC! They responded promptly, they were professional and the price was good. You don't realize how important in is to have someone like this until you need them - when your garage door won't close and it's getting dark and you don't want to try to manually pull it down because the track was broken, they were fantastic!

30 year old automatic garage door broke trapping my mother in laws two cars in garage. Father in law needed to go to dialysis. Called at 10am, L and S arrived at 11am and fixed door.

Very smoothly. I called in the morning and within 2 hours the garage door was fixed.
