Kenmore Painting and Maintenance

They painted the interior of my home. They had the best price, and I got what I paid for. Though the walls were painted well, paint spatters were everywhere, particularly on the kitchen appliances, sink faucet, and floors. They missed some areas that I had to point out, and though they did three coats to cover the previous color, there were areas where I could tell they did only two coats. They spilled paint and used my kitchen sponges/scrubbers to clean the spill without asking. The owner was friendly and offered the best price; however, communication with him and his staff was difficult (language barrier).

Great painting and great customer service. I changed the wall color after two rooms and they didn't charge me extra to repaint the new color, only charged me for the new paint which is reasonable.

Don't hesitate to hire! Don Lee and his painters are amazing! They painted the entire interior of my 3 bedroom home. They arrived on time every single day, worked hard, and had an eye for details I never saw. They worked long days, were respectful, nice people and cleaned up after themselves. I had neighbors come over that need work done and they too, were impressed throughout the process and will be calling them. They really came thru for me as the company I hired before them left me high and dry and in a bind. They just bailed and could never be reached. I was in constant contact with Mr. Lee and never had an issue of any kind. Look no further. Seriously! In this day and age, it was good to see that customer service still means something along with integrity. Thank you!

Professional, did an awesome job prepping and painting, arrived on time, did a great job with the clean up. What I liked best is they went over there work to make sure everything was perfect. Job was painting the interior of our whole house (5 bedroom home). Definitely would recommend.

The crew sent by Kenmore were great. At each step they took time to confirm what I wanted(ie. removing wall fixtures, nails patching up cracks, etc) and explained the plan, process, and progress. I was given a timeline and they met it. They left the place clean when they completed the work. The two men, Victor and Jorge were courteous and professional at all times. Now the important part: The end result was absolutely wonderful. If there were holes, cracks or dents in the wall they were gone. My daughter commented that it looked like a new house. I’m so glad I hired this company rather than doing it myself. Well worth the money.

They were prompt, clean, and did an excellent job. I would definatly use them again.

Maintained constant communications when questions came up.

we agreed to start on one day they had to delay to the. ext which meant we book an extra night at a hotel for nothing. initially they seem to miss a number spots and then they didn't complete a specific room on time. they did finish on time i will give them that.

I had a very complicated room with 5 different colors and finishes, including stains, beams, vaulted ceilings and lots of wood trim. They did an excellent job. There was one area of touch up I brought to their attention, so be sure and examine the entire job before paying them. One man spoke only Spanish, the other spoke a little English, enough that he had no problem understanding what I wanted him to do. They finished the job sooner than I had imagined and left everything very clean. I would hire them again.

At first we were really impressed but they didn?t do what they promised to do. The kitchen cabinets were supposed to have their holes filled in from previous cabinet handles. Parts of the ceiling look unpainted altogether. The old door knob holes all have ridges that should have been sanded smooth for the new knobs. Peeling paint is everywhere...very disappointed.

Being a granddaughter of a painting contractor, I am very particular about the execution of a professional paint job. This company met and exceeded my expectations. Everything was completed with care and perfection. I will not hesitate to hire jobs from this company again and neither should you! Thank you Mr. Lee. I'm still trying to figure out how you did not spill one drop of paint anywhere. Amazing! Thank you for using the highest quality of products on the house.

He work was completed in a timely manner

Kenmore Painting was great. On time and stayed with his proposal.

Took a while to start job, almost 2 1/2 weeks. They only power wash, little scraping, no repair on damaged wood. Still waiting for them to come back to paint the other side of 2 exterior doors. Next week they said they would come to finally finish job.

No further comment.

LOST A COUPLE OF FIXTURE PLATE SCREWS. NOT THE BEST WORK ON THE LAST DAY.

Overall very good job. I will use them and home adviser again.
