John and his crew were great to work with. They made accommodations for "this old house" and all that comes with 60 year old building and trades. He found a great painter, hard wood flow refurbisher and installer as well as create a custom floor plan for the galley kitchen and attached bathroom. They were able to keep a lot of the old house style and work around it to make it all blend well. I am very pleased.

I really like the fact that he over-estimates the cost so that we knew what the top price would be. He worked in a timely manner. He is very responsive and returns phone calls. He has kept everything clean and even took the step to block off the kitchen so the rest of the house didn't get dirty because of the demolition. He was very knowledgeable.
