Our heating, fan, and air conditioning stopped working after another company performed service, so we called Indoor Comfort instead, to check why. They fit us into their schedule in a timely way. The technician, Randy, gave our systems a thorough check, and found everything in working order, and determined that the previous company had probably not secured the panel doors of the heater firmly enough, which prevented our systems from not coming on at all. Randy checked our heater (located in the attic), by asking us to disable or enable the thermostat, or set it to different settings while he performed his checks, to make sure everything was working. He rinsed our outdoor compressor in the process. He was quick, thorough, friendly, honest, knowlegeable, and professional. He listened to the problem and also answered all our questions and concerns. The price was right. The visit lasted about one half hour.

Air Conditioning and Heating again

My A/C suddenly stopped putting out cold air. After finding Indoor Comfort on Angie's List, they were able to come out within a couple of days.

Randy was very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me that he did and answered all my questions in terms that I was able to understand.. He offered me their yearly maintenance program (which I purchased) but did not prerssure me.
Since I had to leave work to be here for the appointment, I was very pleased with the fact that he arrived right on time.
I am so happy that I have found Angie's List and that there are still businesses out there that do good work at a fair price.

They gave me a whole new A/C unit, tubing and all. I had just put in new carpet in my house and they tore a hole in it. When they installed the A/C unit they installed it with several leaks in the freon so it only lasted one summer. When I called them the next year, they tried to charge me for them to come out and fix the whole unit. When he came out that summer, all they did was put more freon in the unit and did not fix the hole. I sent them a letter about the carpet and they did send a company out to fix that, which I thanked them for doing. They never did fix the hole in my A/C unit though. I ended up paying $500 more because of this.

My furnace is maybe 5 years old and it had so many things wrong with it and it was really not worth repairing. We had a different company come out and say that we needed to replace both, our air conditioner and our furnace, to the tune of between $10,000 and $13,000 depending in which system we chose. I decided not to replace everything immediately and called Indoor Comfort, they came out and fixed it and we have not had any problems since then. I would recommend them to others.

They responded quickly and the price was good.

The work went outstanding.

The outside temperature was 112 degrees, a record temp. for Fullerton. The lease was for as-is condition, so it was up to me to either work in unbearable conditions with other volunteers or get the a/c fixed. The a/c company recommended by the management Co. for the building couldn't even look at it for at least another day. I had used Indoor Comfort before, after getting their name from Angie's List, so I called them. They arrived the same day and completed the work that day.

I would use them again. It was great to have Angie's List for a recommendation.

My AC was not cooling like I thought it should. Alex was polite, on time and checked the system thoroughly. He did not find anything wrong and showed me that it was cooling fine. Although it still cost me the price of the service charge, I appreciate that he did not charge me for unnecessary repairs. I will use this company in the future since I know that I will be treated fairly and honestly.

IT'S VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE. THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GOOD, AND THE NEW UNIT WORKS VERY WELL. THEY TREATED ME VERY GOOD.
