 + -1 moreTHEY HAD TO COME OUT AT LEAST THREE TIMES. THEY NEVER ENDED UP FIXING THE PROBLEM. I HAD TO TALK TO THE VICE PRESIDENT AND HE PROMISED ME THE PROBLEM WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF, BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. I WASTED MY TIME, ESPECIALLY MY DAYS OFF.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED A FRONT LOADING WASHER. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE FRONT SEAL ON THE DOOR. THE WAY THE RUBBER WAS ON THE SEAL IT WOULD LEAVE A PUDDLE OF WATER ON THE FLOOR. THEY SAID IT WAS A DESIGN FAILURE AND NOT A MALFUNCTION.
