Took dishwasher apart, decided the needed was a control board...did not have part would need to get part from warehouse on Monday. Did not hear back on Monday, called technician Phillip 323 747 0759, was told part on back order (GE won't mail it). Dishwasher is in pieces have called tech and office several times without success. Did not and has not gone well at all. When I requested to speak to a supervisor/manager was informed that he/she wouldn't tell any thing different and refused my request.
