Very fast response with my quote. Great price and would use again. Work was done in a timely manner, just had to reduce punctuality to a "B" because of a late start on the job day and no phone call. Other then that, great work was done.

We thought they did a good job until we recently started remodeling our kitchen. As part of the remodel, we had to open up the outlets that were supposedly pig tailed only to discover that 1/2 the outlets in the kitchen were in fact NOT pigtailed. They replaced the outlet but did not install the pigtailing material. If 1/2 of our kitchen did not get done, what does this mean for the rest of my house? He went through and counted every single outlet and charged me for pigtailing every single outlet when in fact they did not do that. The only way for us to now know what was done is to open every single outlet and find out. I can't even be content with the knowledge that they replaced the outlet so that means they pig tailed it when we know for a fact in the kitchen that did not happen. In addition, one of the outlets specifically says not for aluminum wiring and the electrician connected it straight to the aluminum wiring. To top it all off, they accidentally fell through the roof in one of the bedrooms, I get it. Accidents happen. So they had a drywall guy come to repair it. Well, his car leaked oil on our brand new concrete driveway. The electrician said he had someone that he would have come out and clean it up since the usual chemicals to clean it up wouldn't remove it. After calling him for a month with no response on when his "guy" was coming to fix the concrete, we gave up.

The doorbell was installed and worked properly. However, they charged us $500+ for installing the doorbell. This is what happened:
They charge by the number of hours of work. Knowing this, the technician had no incentive to work efficiently to get things done. It took the technician 4 hours from 9am to 1pm to install our doorbell and they charge $100+ for labor per hour. During the four hours, he took phone calls and each took a long time as he was giving instructions to other technician on how to do their jobs. Also, during the four hours, he drove to Home Depot to buy a doorbell as he didn't have one with him, and the trip took an hour and a half though Home Depot is within 10 minutes drive from our place. All these time count at our expenses. The guy I talked to on the phone at the time of scheduling told us it should be about $150 but also mentioned that it depends on the time. It was our fault to assume it is a simple enough task that shouldn't take long or be too costly. We were stunned to see the bill came in $500+ and weren't happy how these guys treat their customers.
We will not use this company again. If you do, figure out a way to make sure they don't over charge you.

Very well.
The electrician checked the plug in the upstairs bathroom and dropped a line down the inside of the wall and installed the receptacle on the hallway side of the wall.
He worked quietly and finished the work in a more than reasonable length of time.
He was professional at all times.
The finished project was extremely well done.  There wasn't a nick or a disturbance of paint on either side of the wall.
I have had services performed by this company previously and most definitely would rely on them for future electrical projects.

I live about 400 miles from my rental home in Fullerton. Our renter called me on the Friday of Memorial Day weekend to report loss of power in the kitchen and garage. I called Don Holly senior to ask for help to fix the problem. Don worked with our renter to arrange a time to come by and work on it. He found a short in a ceiling fan in the garage. After fixing that, the house was back to normal, and our renter was very happy with the responsiveness of all of us, as well as Don's handling of his part. Once again, Don has been a big help, when I needed him.

Don came out right away to estimate the job. However, the company had quite a bit of work backed up, so I had to wait for availability. Since our work was all inside, Don called early on a rainy day a few days later to say that an electrician became available that same day. He came out and performed all of the work quickly and professionally, including quite a bit of work in the attic to run the wiring. We are more than pleased with the outcome! The lights were installed exactly where we wanted them, and we now have enough lighting in the living room and the chandelier is centered over our kitchen table.

I spoke to Don Sr., who is the owner to set-up the appointment.   Don did the best he could to make our requested time availability.  Pete, the electrician showed up at the house and he took care of all the issues.  He showed up on time, even early.  He took the time to explain to me what the issues were and was a constant professional.  He did it all with a smile.  I would definitely hire Fullerton Electric again.

My 50 yr. old 100 Amp panel needed to be upgrade to a 200 Amp panel badly I was having too many elec. problems. The company that fixed the initial problems quoted at $4,100 which I thought was high so I asked Fullerton Elect. to quote based on Angie's list. Don, I assume the owner, came over to quote and was great to work with and offered some good advice for outlets in critical areas. They gave me a great price so I signed on the spot. setup the appointment and they were on time and spent two days upgrading the panel and it looks great and I also have extra room to expand now. Everything went perfectly and just as they said. They pulled the permits which I liked and offered a recommendation for the stucco patch work which is now in progress now. The icing on the cake was when the city inspector finished inspecting their work he said whoever did this work really did an excellent job, this is really nice work. That comment gave me another level of comfort. Really great company to work with, wish they were all this good.
