These people are far and away the best Real Estate people I have ever worked with. I have owned and sold 6 homes. They are awesome! They went beyond what an agent would normally be expected to do. I live in WA and the CA home belonged to my late cousin. It was in need of repairs, painting, carpeting, termite damage repair and tenting. This would have been an enormous task for me living in WA. They recommended contractors, worked with them, did periodic inspections and were there every step of the way. The agents and people I worked with, Joe Lins and Dennis Bagger, were pro-active, responsive, responsible, on top of the situation at every junction. They kept in constant contact. I trust their judgement and their honesty. The all - in -one house aspect helped things go very smoothly with escrow and closing. In the past, I have dealt with other RE companies that I could not wait to leave. There should be more businesses like this. You can not go wrong using them. Your loss if you do not.
