Mortgage Companies
We’ve been using them for over 20 years. They are very personal. They found the lowest interest rate available and then they contacted an appraiser. They looked over all my documents and acted as the liaison between the bank and me. When we closed they sent the escrow officer to my house; that was very nice. They are very responsive; as soon as I have a question they respond either within the hour or within the day; they are not fooling around. I have referred friends to them in the past.
