AVOID at ALL COSTS. Hired for cross country move in June and paid $16k for full service moving. Terrible experience. Damaged furniture and television during move, purchased full insurance received no damages after a prolonged and delayed claim review process which completed yesterday. Now I need to purchase a new king bed frame, new 6 drawer dresser, two televisions and completely wasted my time trying to submit a claim. The reasoning provided was the damages weren’t covered as they could have been caused by vibrations in the move that were uncontrollable and that televisions and electronics are generally not covered. Avoid at all costs.

Poorly. They brought 75% of our stuff the first time, missing some major items, including a bed (which is against their corporate policy) and a kitchen table-- they just brought the chairs. They said they would bring it all in one load, and said someone else's stuff might piggy back with our stuff in the truck. They did not say we would not get everything in one shipment. It took 2 weeks to get everything else, and they still managed to lose some parts of furniture. They refuse to refund any portion of our money, and would not reimburse unless we submitted receipts of replacements first. Based on how they acted, we were hesitant to do such, as we could buy things and still get denied. Pure incompetence. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IF YOU NEED TO MOVE!

THE MOVERS WERE ON TIME, FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. THE MOVERS WERE RESPECTFUL OF FLOORING AND WALLS. NOTHING WAS DAMAGED. WE FELT WE WERE CHARGED FOR THE REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY SPENT.

THEY TENDED TO HURRY WHEN MOVING MY STUFF. THEY DAMAGED A FEW WALLS. I HAD TO YELL AT THEM WHEN THEY WERE MOVING MY STUFF IN MY NEW HOUSE. I UNDERSTAND THEY HAVE VERY GOOD REFERRALS, I JUST THINK I GOT A BAD CREW. THEY WERE NICE, BUT IN A HURRY.
