He came about a year earlier and gave me a quote that was good for thirty days, but I wasn't able to use him right then. I had to put everything on hold with my house when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I called him just a few weeks ago and he came out and I explained why I didn't use him a year ago. He found my quote from the past year and charged us that amount. I thought that was very nice of him because he didn't have to do that. His price was great and he has been excellent with responding to us.
