Similar to previous reviews, All-American Repipe did an excellent job on our re-pipe project. It took the crew close to 12 hours to complete the project, however we are very satisfied with their workmanship. Of all estimates provided by other companies, theirs was the most thoroughly explained and priced fair. They walked us through what to expect and prepare. They were able to navigate behind our large wall-to-wall bathroom mirrors and kitchen cabinets without causing huge holes in the walls. Our son had a repipe a few years ago by a different company and by the end of the project their home looked like a giant rat ate through all the walls and ceiling. .

There price was fair, they came on time and had the water back on the first day. they came back the next day to finish. After the inspection another team came to patch the walls. Good job and the inspector signed off with no further repairs. One nail came through a wall, which was fixed by the patch man.

All-American Repipe did an excellent job on our home re-pipe project. They were all very competent, professional and courteous during the whole process. There were a couple of minor “fix-ups” needed afterword, which they handled promptly. We were completely happy with the complete process, from start to finish. We would heartily recommend them to anyone in need of a home re-pipe. As an aside, they also did our next door neighbor’s house last year yielding exactly the same result with the homeowner completely satisfied.

The reason I hired them was the fee was the least expensive of all I searched. Overall I'm satisfying a result of work.

In a time of crisis, All American Repipe and their manager Nant were a breath of fresh air. As is always the case with plumbing issues, our slab leak could not have come at a worse time for our family. Additionally, where we live in South Orange County, if you have original copper piping, you know it’s only a matter of time before the quality of the piping and the quality of the water makes it your turn for a house full of water. The same month we had our slab leak half a dozen houses on the block were also having plumbing issues and another half a dozen had re-piped in the last year, so we decided to go ahead and re-pipe our whole house. I did a lot of research on YELP and Angie’s list in addition to talking to every person I knew that had gone down this path previously. Most people were generally satisfied with the final product from a variety of different firms, but I heard repeatedly from many that the overall customer service from some of the larger providers in this space left something to be desired. The reviews I saw on All American seemed to focus heavily on the nature of their service. At the end of the day I relied very heavily on the testimony of close family friend who manages several hundred rental properties and had used All American for most of his clients and to repipe his own home. The description of the process, the cost, the timeline and the overall execution went very much as promised by Nant during the sales process. With any job of this scale, I am not even going to pretend that everything went perfectly without any glitches, but to me the key to customer service is what happens when things don’t go as planned. As issues arose, Nant personally addressed them until the entire job was finished, beyond our expectation. I would gladly recommend All American Repipe to anyone who finds themselves in need of this major home improvement/mitigation.

Patti Thompson has made countless substantial misrepresentations in the course of our Listing, including putting our property in withdrawn status on the MLS without our expressed written or verbal consent in an attempt to hold our listing ransom until we paid the extortion fee of $3,000 or withdrew our request to cancel the listing. She fails to respond to important correspondence, blocked our phone numbers making it unable to reach her in case of an emergency, failed to show up to a scheduled showing nor did she communicate she would not be there, refused to make multiple changes requested including professional pictures that we paid for since she refused to do so (her pictures were photoshopped to misrepresent the property which we did not agree to) made countless property misrepresentations opening us to the potential for legal repercussions. Continues to threaten us by holding our listing hostage and placing in withdrawn unless we pay her. Every interaction in person or on the phone regarding the listing has resulted in her screaming and volatile outbursts when we have asked her to make changes to the listing for the better. Refused to do brokers open or caravan until we offered to pay for it which came a month after home was listed. Lied in initial meeting and stated that she was the broker and owner of the business. Her daughter, Catherine Thompson whom we did not hire was doing most everything pertaining to the listing. Broker, Ken Terrill's failure to properly manage his licensee/agent. Correspondence has gone unanswered and refuses to cancel listing even though he himself has acknowledged that the agent has not performed her duties. Broker told us that there was nothing he could do because "Patti is Patti".

Arrived on time. There were 4 plumbers. First they laid down protective paper in kitchen n bathroom. Laid down runners to both rooms and room with crawl space access. House is about 1200 sq. ft. The work done was very clean, quick and they were very professional. Work was completed by 3:30 with all fixtures using water. Water heater was also repiped.

I have a 2 story home, 2.5 bath, 1 laundry with no sink, 1 kitchen and water heater.  ?A standard house? according to All American repipe sale rep ?MONTRI?.  We had a 3rd slab leak that just happened last week and one drywall is still open and waiting for re-routing or repiping the whole house.

We called the office and scheduled for an estimate for repiping the house.  Montri showed up and walked through every inch of the house.  Then he wrote down the estimate with all the specs of the house and service included- $4800 for pex and $6200 for copper ( I have proof of this written quote).  We chose Pex pipes.  He then confirmed the price is all inclusive of the things he wrote on the estimate paper and final.

We told him that we are gathering more estimates and will make decisions soon.  1 hour later, we received a phone call from Montri telling us the revised quote is $6400 for the Pex pipes.  We asked him ?what?s the reason for such a big increase of $1600.? He said because you have a 2 story home and 2.5 baths.

I think the justification is absolutely ridiculous because he was in my house for 30 minutes talking and walking through every inch of the house.  It?s not like that he wasn?t there when the written estimate was given.  He?s also a seasoned employee and foreman for the repipe job.  He and the company completely lost the credibility and left a bad impression after the estimate.   If All American repipe can't provide an honest and straight-forward estimate from the get-go, there?s no guarantee that they will do a good job for the actual work.

I tried to give him a chance to fix his mistake or meet me half way for his mistake.  He came back with ?I can only take $300 off of $6400?.  I later found a company that was able to provide an honest and straight-forward estimate process.  The best part is that the estimate is $1100 cheaper than the $6400 quote from All American Repipe.  Bay at the back office told us if we find a quote cheaper elsewhere. They are able to match it, even beat it sometimes, but that?s not the case.  Everything seems deceptive with All American Repipe.  I am glad that I did not choose them to repipe my house because I just don't trust them.

I chose another company for repiping my house because they are honest, and they have great workmanship and price point.  They took care of our pex repiping, permits and patchworks in 3 days.  And everything was exceptional.

All American Repipe probably started with low estimates to get your attention, and later they increase their quotes substantially.   Maybe greed got the best of All American repipe because they probably think my house need repiping done asap.  I would not recommend All American repipe to my neighbors or anyone who asks me based on my experience with All American repipe and Plumbing.

Our townhome had four pinhole leaks in the last two years . We obtained estimates from four providers . After these estimates and checking reviews and references we decided to go with All American.     Nant was the representative that gave the estimate and he took the time to explain everything and answer all  questions.     On the day of the repipe the six man crew showed up on time and gat right to work, They spent a good hour putting tarps down and taping plastic to control dust.   Once they figured out where all the lines would go the fun began.   Many holes were cut in walls and ceiling..   At any time I had a question the workers took time to explain and to answer it.   As promised the repiping was done that day. City inspection the next day. Patch crew the next day. These guys were great in the patching and matching the textures. Both crews were very professional and cleaned up after their work.

I was extremely pleased with the work done. I have already recommended them to a number of neighbors.

We had 5 leak incidents recently and decided to repipe our home.  I called several repipe companies, and All American Repipe was the most responsive and helpful with all my questions and concerns.  While they were not the lowest price, their price was reasonable and their professionalism and reputation was the main reason I went with them.  I must say that they have not only met, but exceeded my expectations, and did a great job of  repiping my home.  On the day of the repipe, they showed up a bit earlier than the scheduled time (which I appreciated).  After a walk through, the crew went to work!  They covered every area of my home not being repiped, and the repipe was done the same day.  The patching / drywall was also done in a timely manner, and I will definitely recommend All American Repipe to anyone who is considering to repipe their home.

Nick was the estimator and he gave us good pricing and he was more flexible compared to another competitor we invited for a bid. On the installation day, a crew of 6 plumbers--led by Montri--covered our furniture and floors to protect from dust. They worked efficiently to complete the job in about 8 hours. The day after the wall patching crew came by to patch all the holes in the walls on the interior and exterior of our house and did a great job and finished in about 5 hours. We chose All American Repipe and Plumbing based on the reviews and they lived up to their expectations, so we would definitely recommend them for anyone in need of repiping.

Nick showed up to provide me with a quote a few days after my call to his company. He was courteous and answered all my questions. After receiving several other quotes, I decided to go with All American and scheduled the service. The plumbers showed up on time wearing company shirts and were very polite. They repiped my 1150 square foot house which included, pex lines for the hot and cold lines under the house and in the walls, new copper lines for the water bibs, outside water heater, and the main line that provides water service from the street to the house, flush wall mounted box for the refridgerator water line, flush wall mounted box for my laundry water lines and drain, new shutoff valves for the fridge water line, laundry lines, dishwasher, kitchen sink, and bathroom sink. The plumbers did a great job! My water was off from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The second day was for the city inspection, which passed with no problems! The third day, one of their guys showed up to patch the holes in the wall. He did a good job, but it wasn't great.
I am very happy with the service provided. All my water lines work great, the water is free of the rust and corrosion that I experienced with my old galvanized lines, and I can run water to several different areas of my house at the same time with no noticable fall in pressure or temperature!

All American Repipe did a great job repiping our 3bed 2bath house. They did all PEX pipe but we wanted copper coming out of the walls to each fixture. They did that at no additional charge and with no problem. They also installed a new water heater, kitchen faucet, and valves and shower heads in both bathrooms. Quality job, professional workmanship, at a reasonable price! We would recommend them to anyone!

Start to finish the project went great. It's not often that the best price also comes with great service! Our project was on hold for about one month because of problems getting permits from the city. They were really picky about moving the water heater outside. In the end Nant and Nick went downtown a total of 4 times, and we went down once too. They worked really hard all day and into the late evening, and the next day Johnny came back to finish up. They did everything we asked! Our new laundry room layout is great. After 1st inspection the patcher came and did an AMAZING job. The final inspection didn't pass because of one minor detail in the water heater vent, so Johnny came back ASAP and fixed it. They were really great to work with, and we would definitely recommend them. Our water pressure and temperature is more consistent, we have a regulator, new laundry room, and all new pipes. We are very pleased.
