This gentleman was overcharging for work not completed. Greg is not completely knowledgeable with older pools and older motors. Greg ended up breaking my motor and would not try to fix the motor and abandoned me and is no longer servicing my area. Now Greg is threatening to ruin my credit if I don't pay the unreasonable fee.

"This homeowner is not telling the truth. The motor is very old and shuts down after running for hours. Don't know how you can break a motor. We no longer service her area. She is over 30 days of not paying her bill so we sent out a collection letter and credit bureau reporting. She finally paid her bill so no credit reporting was necessary."

This company specifically Greg Gary tried to drum up additional business from the start. Telling me I needed additional work and providing estimates. On his second visit, he broke the pool motor/pump. He also never billed me and when he finally sent a bill an entire month later he tried to include late fees $35 and $15 processing fees on a handwritten invoice. I would never use this service again.

"I never try to drum up additional business. She asked for estimates on her 50-year-old pool equipment and her pool surface which has been painted about ten years ago per our conversation. I wrote it up and sent it to her the same day I was there. I sent her a late fee bill because she hadn't paid in over 30 days."

He didn't finish the project, and sent my bill to collections because he wasn't paid for an unfinished Job. Not a man of integrity.

"Didnt send her bill to collection yet but will if not paid in 30 days. She stopped payment after we installed her doughboy equipment. She had to fill it with water before we could check for leaks . She said it was leaking and we need to come out immediately. Its was the weekend and i told her i was out of town and couldnt come out. Advised her to call home advisors and see if someone could come out on the weekend. She is a very panicky customer every step of the project. Didnt give us a chance to resolve her leak. Sincerely greg"

Greg was great. I needed a new timer and he didn't give up until it was working properly. I needed to leave town so he stopped by twice daily to make sure it worked. A little pricey for the other repairs, but standard for the cleaning.
