I called AAAbalene AirHeating Plumbing at about 10:00 am on Saturday morning and left a voice message explaining that I needed a five wire control valve replaced on a 1979 Carrier furnace as recommended by the gas company. They returned my call within 10 minutes. The representative I spoke with understood exactly what I needed. He explained how long the service call would take and that a technician would stop by between 2 and 3 pm that afternoon. The technician called back around 2:30 pm to say he would be running late and would be at my house after 4:00 pm because the job he was working on was taking longer than expected. That wasn't a problem for me. I needed my furnace fixed. The technician arrived a little after 4:00 pm. We introduced ourselves and talked a bit. He was a nice guy with a sunny disposition. I showed him the furnace. He took one look and said he had the part in his truck. I signed the work authorization for the quoted price. He installed the valve, cranked up the furnace and made a safety check in less than 45 minutes. I am very satisfied with the service I received from AAAbalene. They got the job done quick and easy and for a price I was more than happy with. Plus I got a discount because I mentioned that I found them on Angie's List. I am very proud to write a review for AAAbaleneAirHeatingPlumbing.

They did a really good job. It was a bit expensive, but considering the amount of work and the working conditions, it was a bargain. They cleaned up their mess and were very professional. The rain was horrible when they were working. I couldn't recommend them more. They did a lot of work, and it was in the worst possible working conditions. They are really good plumbers. The drain pipes went bad, and it started leaking under the house. It was a big wet mess under the house in a very tight crawl space. They came in and replaced all of the pipes. They did dozens and dozens of feet of drain pipes. They had to dry out the bottom of the house, as well.
