HE IS VERY GOOD AT HIS WORK WHEN HE MAKES IT. HE DOES GREAT TILE WORK ALSO. HE IS TARDY OFTEN. I STILL NEED MY CHANDELIER HUNG THAT WAS WRITTEN INTO MY ESTIMATE AND NOT FINISHED. THIS RATING IS ON THE LAST WORK ONLY.
