David was extremely nice and professional. He showed up on time and even waited for me to get back from a doctor's appointment that ran too long. He was very thorough and even returned the next day when I had more time to fix a key that was sticking. He cared about leaving us with an instrument that would perform to the best of its abilities. We have owned our piano for over nine years and it has been moved several times from state to state and in and out of storage for months at a time and has never been tuned. Every key was out of tune (some of them horribly out of tune) but he worked on it until the sound was beautiful and rich. I now feel good about my daughters using the piano and learning the notes in the way that they are supposed to sound. I am very happy that I finally called him to come out.
