Rep came out when we called, installed when promised we love the products. Had a issue with the sliding door treatment but Stefanie helped us with this I would recommend Z Blinds.

Emily, the sales rep.was very knowledgable about the products. She measured the windows and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The installers she sent were very professional and punctual. They did a really nice job.

Started with an in home consultation. Guy was very knowledgeable and not pushy. Order came through when he predicted. Installers were very clean and quiet. I would never have known they were there except for my beautiful new shutters. I plantouse them again in a month or two to finish the house.

The blinds came in when promised and installation was very quick (and done on a Saturday!). The special rods and finials took several weeks longer to arrive than what had been communicated to me. Plus, when they did arrive, the rod company shipped the wrong finials. I would rate the overall experience higher if the company had more proactively communicated with me. I had to keep calling to check on my order, and I had to check on whether the finial issue had been resolved.

Emily, from Z Blinds, came to our house to give us an estimate. We received the estimate w/in 3 days. We liked the price, but when we went to the showroom we realized that we didn't like the products that we had gotten the quote on. Stephanie at the showroom helped us get prices for the products that we did like. We purchased the window treatments and were able to get 90% of them installed on the promised date. Hunter Douglas was late sending two blinds and sent two wrong brackets so we had to reschedule the remaining installation for 2 1/2 weeks later.

Z blinds has been responsive and worked to give us several product selections to fit w/in our budget.

Z-blinds in Fresno had installed our window coverings in our new home 5 years ago. One of the window shades was motorized - powered by a battery pack inside the header. The shade was not going all the way up and stopping randomly. I couldn't figure out how to get to the battery pack so I called Z-blinds for help. Levon Zekian of Z-blinds took my call, and offered to take photos of their demo unit in the store and snd them to my email, along with the installation manual. I received the info within 15 minutes and was able to open the unit and solve the problem (replaced the batteries).

I would utilize their company again, they were responsive and managed to come out with a completed set of blinds a few days early

WHILE THE COMPANY WAS OUT AT MY HOUSE THEY HAD DONE A FINE JOB WITH FIXING MY BLINDS. AFTER THE FIRE THEY HAD TO TAKE THE OLD ONES DOWN AND PUT NEW ONES UP. WHEN THEY CAME OUT THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND UNDERSTANDING.
