I FOUGHT WITH THE AGENT BECAUSE SHE SAID THAT SOME OF THE THINGS I WANTED DONE COULDN'T BE DONE. IT WASN'T A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEN THEY NEEDED TO REPAIR, AND IT TOOK THEM A LONG TIME TO CALL BACK AND SEND SOMEONE.
