Very polite and professional team.

Do NOT let their competitive pricing fool you!  This was the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. Despite the fact that they do not work weekends, and I had to miss one day of work, the movers arrived 2 and 1/2 hours late. When they arrived the two men began arguing among themselves, using profanity. as I tried to articulate to them how to load the truck for later access in my storage unit, they talked over me and took no heed to what I had asked them to do. One mover complained the whole time, as if he did not want to work that day. I kept biting my tongue in hopes that they would just get the job done, which I had calculated taking less than 90 minutes. After making a quick second stop and arriving to the nearby storage unit, the movers took less care with my furniture. They just wanted to get the truck unloaded. As they were unloading all the pieces, I realized that they had done the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I had asked them. I finally brought it to their attention. One mover said, "If you don't like it, then go find someone else". I responded that I was paying for their service and that they spent the entire time cursing at each other. They told me that was the way they talked to each other. I told them that if I were an elderly person, I might feel intimidated by them. I told them their behavior and language was unacceptable. At that point, one of the movers shouted at me," Don't be talking to me like I'm your b****"! I was livid. Never before had I ever experienced anything like this. I had used White's Moving before on three different occasions, and never had any problem. I had resisted paying them, but instead, I wrote them the check, but decided to report them to their company. When I spoke to the dispatcher, she was apologetic, and I asked to speak to the owner. She paused for a second and said.... Sir, that man who spoke to you like that IS the owner!!!!!  I am not one who normally writes negative reviews, since I always give the benefit of the doubt to the possibility that someone could be having a bad day. However, when I was informed that the rude, offensive, profane, and abrasive man who spoke to me like that was the owner, I felt compelled to share this story with others. I was not intimidated by them, but I would not want them showing up at my widowed mother's house, or my daughter's house. Their behavior was completely out of line. Yes.... I did get the furniture moved, but the cost was high... He later mumbled under his breath  within earshot me, "We should done this load in two trips", indicating that they should have charged me more by stretching out a job that two people could have done easily with the right attitude. Next week, I will be using another moving company. I look forward to writing a positive review for them! DO NOT USE WHITE'S!!!!

I contacted several companies for quotes for moving from Fresno to
Desert Hot Springs. Of all the legitimate companies, this one had the
best price. The owner came out to do an estimate and also spent some
time telling me a bit of the history of the business. It is family owned
and operated. The price was very reasonable and it included $40,000 of
insurance for my belongings - this is important since most companies
offer you about 40 cents per pound for coverage, which in my case would have provided about $2800 in coverage.
The crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day and worked almost non-stop until
everything was packed. They offered me boxes for free if I needed them.
They even moved my outdoor planters which most companies will not. My
belongings were on their own truck and they provided next day delivery.
Again, they arrived and unpacked my the truck quickly and
professionally. They even told me to let them know if I need to move
again since they would gladly come down to the area to pick up my
belongings. I would definitely use them again. I have used other
companies many times and can say this was the first one where the
employees were actually friendly and really cared.

Re: ADDRESS where work was performed, it was performed at four different addresses, all in Fresno CA: 1486 W Menlo Ave, 93711; 1100 E Spruce Ave, 93720; 1320 Roberts Avenue, 93711; and 1230 E Fountain Way, 93704.

From the start at one house to the delivery at the other house-they worked and packed non-stop. Turned into a hard 8 hr+ day.

Mr. White (Oswald) and his son (Richard) first came out and did a visual inventory, and gave us an estimate of costs for the move. We established the dates for the move and signed the commitment (Packing was set for 2/7, loading for 2/8, and delivery on 2/9). The team assigned to our move arrived at the time stated on 2/7, and packed everything except those items we designated we would take with us (Personal items) On 2/8 the team arrived and loaded the truck, and headed for Henderson. We met them the next day 2/9 at our new residence in Henderson, and they unloaded, set up, and cleaned up. Move complete!!!! I can't say this enough - WHITE'S MOVING IS A CLASS ACT!!! The family is 'old school' and does exactly what they promise. In fact, as an old friend of mine said, they promised a lot, and delivered much, much more!!! I will recommend these folks to anyone moving in Fresno, or to anywhere they provide a move...
