Description of Work: Weylin installed a room air conditioner / heater in our cabana. He subcontracted out for upgrading the electrical capacity for the cabana and increased the voltage to 220 for the air conditioner. As usual his work was painstaking and his supervision of the subcontractor continuous. I can't say enough good things about him.

Description of Work: We had a tree fall on our fence and Weylin did a beautiful job of fixing it! He isn't the cheapest but I'd challenge anyone to do a better job.

 + -1 moreHe has great attention to detail and dealt with the many problems that came up with the cabana being very old and constructed poorly when it was originally put together. He does use sub-contractors, but he also keeps a careful eye on the work they are doing and he never leaves them unsupervised, he is just the best at what he does.
Description of Work: He converted a cabana we had, walled it in and converted it into a guest house.
