 + 0 moreThey sent offer to refinance under Obama new program.I gave info to the same agent that had done my mortgage 2 years prior. Had to repeat giving info because it would go out of date from delays.

 + -1 moreI spoke with multiple people about it and nothing has been done. I called the property management office, they referred me to another number and I called them. It has been 2 weeks and still nothing has been done.
Description of Work: They have a one way drive through tellers, and they tend not to want to get it fixed. I got into an accident because of it.
