All in all, George did a ton of work for us and installed 3 new valves, lots of sprinkler and bubbler parts - and the price was lower than I had any reason to expect. Very reasonable prices and very good work. 

We will have George come back for other work that needs to be done.

2 a.m., my sprinkler system goes on as scheduled.  I happened to be up working in my office at that time (I'm a nite owl).  I noticed that the system was continuing to run even after the alotted time.  I went out to try to figure out what was going on, and came to the conclusion that the solenoid valves were not working properly and there was no way to turn off the sprinklers, and that the yard was going to be flooded if I didnt turn the water off to the entire house, which I did.

1st thing in the morning, I called George at Valley Sprinkler's, explained the situation, and he came over to my house to perform the work within two hours.  I was extremely grateful as he had to juggle his appointments around to accomodate me.   He quickly analyzed the situation and did a temporary fix so I could at least turn the water back on to the house for the day.  We agreed on a price for the permanent fix and the next morning he returned, and changed out the solenoid valves.  He went an extra mile by checking on all my sprinkler heads to be sure everything was clean and working properly, which I had asked him to do.  No charge for that.  He did an excellent job, used quality parts, and I was very pleased.  George is courteaous, honest, dependable, and professional.  I'd hire him again in a hearbeat.

He arrived on the day he said he was going to. He called before coming over as I had requested. When he arrived, I showed and explained to him all of the problems with my sprinklers. None of the problems were a real challenge to him. he knew exactly what to do. Instead of replacing the coupler with another one that would end up leaking again in the future, he replaced it with an actual PVC pipe which should hold indefinitely. With malfunctioning antisiphon valve in the backyard, once I explained the symptom, he knew what the problem was, replaced the broken part in minutes, and didn't even charge me for it. He even showed me what to do so that I could fix it myself next time. I would definitely call him again in the future.

THIS COMPANY DID EXCELLENT WORK FOR US. THEY WERE VERY BRIGHT AND HARD WORKING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDED LAWN WORK DONE. THEY WERE WONDERFUL PEOPLE.

WHEN THEY FIXED MY SPRINKLER SYSTEM, THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND FINISHED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROMPT AND WORKED AT A VERY FAST PACE WHILE THEY WERE INSTALLING THE SPRINKLERS. THEY HAD INSTALLED A SYSTEM THAT HASN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT.
