Actual price was 30K, minus 6000 PG&E rebate and 2000 fed tax credit. Tax credits went WAY up in 2009. When we put in our panels, nobody had any idea the tax credits would have gone up. Seth Tilley was our sales rep and he sold us just what we needed and there was no pressure. We felt he was very honest. Seth gave us an estimated time when the panels would pay for themselves. I am running a spreadsheet and they are exceeding my expectations. We did have to reset our breaker a few times. We were told not to do anything to the system without calling UL first, so the energy our panels produced during the down time didn't go into our system. We didn't get a prompt response a couple of times. This is the reason UL didn't get the highest rating on responsiveness. The owner, Tommy, is also very nice and honest.
