We have been using them since 1991. They did a great job installing the units. They do a great job on inspecting each year. They keep it well serviced. Another company came in and put a part on and when Tinch came back they replaced it. I will not use any other company other than Tinch-Howard again. I just made an appointment to have them come out and do a yearly service. They are very personable, knowledgeable and professional. They are very good and I have not had any problems with them.
