I had a long list, at the top of which were two items: replacing the sliding closet doors in the den and fixing the fountain in the back yard. He loaned me his hand pump and I twice cleaned out the fountain for him, but he never got around to fixing it, thought I pulled the whole thing apart. The closet doors didn't seem to interest him, either. He did the chores I listed above. This was the second time we had worked together, and I had enjoyed the first time and appreciated his work. This time was like working with a different person, not really invested in his job. Considering he charged $300 for the water heater, fair enough, the little chores also cost $300, which seems steep. He told me to call him when I bought a replacement pump, and I did, but he never returned my call.

It went very well! Bill did a great job. He got in and got done. He left no messes at all. The room is paint ready. Highly recommend him

Everything went really good. He did a good job. My overall experience with them was excellent. Their price was excellent from what I checked around. Their quality, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. They are professionals.

I called him yesterday and he was able to come by the same afternoon at 4:30pm. He was on time (actually, a little early), performed the work within 45 minutes (including going to the store for parts), and seemed to be very knowledgeable about the work he does. He first took a look at what needed to be fixed, told me how much it was going to cost to get the parts required, and went to the store after I confirmed that I agreed with the price. He came back from the store and had everything fixed/replaced within 20 minutes. I would use him again in the future.
Only con was that he wasn't able to come out after 5pm on a weekday (most people don't get off work till then), and said he wasn't available during the weekend. Not sure if he meant just this weekend, or all weekends.. Oh, and he has an $85 minimum charge.

much faster than i had expected, I am very pleased with his work and will call him again.
