I've been a customer with them for over a year and am very happy with their service. They are thorough, professional, and prompt. I like how up front they are with what will be cleaned during each visit and appreciate all of the touches that they do that go above and beyond their scheduled services. Any concerns I've had have been dealt with immediately for which I am grateful for. Currently they are doing a food drive for needy kids during the summer months. I'm happy to support a company that cares for the environment as well as the community around them.

it went very well. They rotate some cleaning activities to certain weeks of the month. They clean my house every two weeks its a thorough cleaning they're very professional, easy to work with, and prompt.

I have been using them now for several months and I am completely satisfied with their work. They show up on time and get right to work. When they leave, the floors are clean the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is clean and I am very happy. I have never had them miss an area and the job done is excellent.

TVA cleans regularly (every two weeks) for me and also just did a move out clean
I got every cent of my cleaning deposit back. Their crew scrubbed the house (deep clean) from top to bottom making my move out smooth and easy. I really appreciate having such great people help me out!

We've had them for about seven months now. We started out impressed; the initial consultation was excellent and very professional. We liked the idea of eco-friendly cleaning products, but that was a bonus rather than a major factor. The two things that really sold us was the clear schedule of what was being cleaned and when (and what areas got "special" attention on a given visit) and the price.
Then is was all downhill from there--slowly at first, but it's an avalanche now. After the first visit someone came to inspect the work. That's never happened since. We've never had the same team twice, though we have had the same teams in on non-consecutive weeks. We started grading them, for our own records. Team #8 was good--they even commented on the quality (or lack thereof) of the previous team. We requested to always have team 8 and were told that their scheduling can't accommodate such requests.
So, how bad were the "bad" teams? The offenses range from silly to almost criminal. Dusting gloves and feather wands left behind? Check. Almost entirely full can of Monster drink left on my dresser? Check. Streaky glass, poorly cleaned tile, and soap scum left behind in our master shower? Check, check, and check.
But here's the biggie. We have a significant amount of tile--18" travertine in a medium tan tone, so it hides dirt pretty well. What it doesn't hide, we've discovered, are the streaks left behind when it looks like the floor was mopped with filthy water. I don't know the process they use to mop, but I can surely attest to its ineffectiveness. There aren't just streaks left, there are dirty streaks left. It almost seems like the floors are dirtier afterword! It was so bad after the second-to-last cleaning that I bent down and rubbed a finger through a particularly bad patch. What I brought up was disgusting. What I left behind was a clear finger-drag mark about 3 inches long, clearly visible when standing. This is important.
Why's that important? Because it's still there today. And we've supposedly had the house cleaned since. That's right, another team has been here and the streaks, and my mark, remain. That's very, very bad. But it gets worse. Remember the "special attention" rotation I mentioned earlier? On the paper left behind, it said... wait for it... the floors were given "special attention." If by "special" they mean ignored, then we got stellar service. Also, the baseboards, according to the paper, were "hand-wiped." That's funny, because when I reached down with just a single finger--no full hand needed--and dragged it along the top of a baseboard in a very high-traffic, open area, I came up with enough dust--literally--to be able to roll it into a little grime-ball. They were not hand-wiped that day, nor had they received any attention in a good, long while.
So, to my mind, that's the almost criminal level of offense: we have a contract that specifics a certain level of service, yet despite that we've upheld our end, the same cannot be said of TCA. Seriously, this is not just about poor service--they are flat out lying about what they've done.
DO NOT fall for the smoke and mirrors. The consultation is great, the website is good (and, admittedly, very handy), and the price is good. The work, however, is far, far below par. Your house will be left dirty.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Customers are asked to contact the office immediately if they are unsatisfied with their clean for any reason so that we may have the opportunity to resolve any issues or concerns. This includes sending the team back to your home by the next business day to re-clean the area. I did take a look at your schedule; we did have alternating teams coming to your home which is not how we typically setup our customers. I have arranged a meeting with the girls in scheduling this afternoon and will be sharing this review with them. To date, we have completed over four million cleans to our many satisfied customers. An operation of this size requires a very careful system of scheduling. We schedule all of our homes in accordance with their geographic location. For this reason, we are not always able to accommodate your personal time and preferences, however, the alternation of teams you received is unacceptable and we will take ownership of this and strive to improve ourselves in this area. This is a locally owned franchise that has developed a detailed and clearly stated list of what they do. Having had a major disappointment in the past, I've been hesitant to start up with a new service. I met with one of the owners and was convinced enough to start. The first two visits are their "detailing" service ($150 each). After that, our service drops to every two weeks ($100). They have teams of two, plus an owner or office staff comes by to inspect for the detailing visits. The total time for the first two visits was at least six or seven hours The regular cleaning was 2 hours +. The work is well above average. One one visit, an item was broken; and I was immediately informed, with a promise to either replace or repair. Breakage is not good, of course, but alerting me gave me a greater sense of trust. We definitely plan to continue with their service.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for over a year now and have been very happy overall. They are scheduled to clean bi-weekly and have never missed an appointment and have never been late. They are always very punctual, arriving and leaving at the same time each week. They have general duties that they perform each time they clean, however, they rotate their focus on different areas each week. For example, they always mop and clean the kitchen, but they may only wipe down the front of the kitchen cupboards and baseboards every 4th time they come to clean. This seems to work out well, especially considering how long it could take to clean our 3800 sq ft home.
The two ladies that clean our home are friendly, efficient and determined to get in and get the job done. I usually try to have the house picked up prior to their arrival so they are not cleaning around my stuff...but on occasion I have left laundry piled up in the laundry room and the girls were so kind to fold it for me (which I did not expect). And when I remember to put Rain-X out, they will wipe down my glass shower doors to keep the spotting to a minimum. These are little things that make a big difference to me.
Plus - The Cleaning Authority only uses non-toxic and green cleaning products. While I like the benefit of having healthy products used in my home, I have been known to spray down the shower with a mildew remover (Tilex) in between cleanings, as it seems to need a little more kick from time to time. Outside of our master shower, their cleaning products are wonderful!
I do recommend The Cleaning Authority to others!

The cleaners arrived on time with their own equipment and supplies. I wanted only certain areas cleaned and they were very resistant to simply following directions and only doing what I asked. It was a struggle to have them just do what I wanted them to do rather than following their "process". They were also very resistant to using a non-toxic product that I wanted them to use. The dusting was not as thorough as I would have liked and several areas were missed. One of them was very unhappy when asked to use shoe covers and even stood in our acrylic spa with her shoes until I asked her to take them off, which she refused to do but then stood on two very small rags. At $80 per hour, I feel this was definitely not a good value.

"We have an extensive 2 week training on how to be a professional house cleaner. Part of this training is safety training. My cleaners must wear anti-slip shoes in the shower to prevent injuries from falls. We never compromise safety as I am sure we all want everyone to be safe in our homes."

I would recommend them. I felt like they didn’t do some of things I had asked them to do, but they came back when I called them, so they it seemed that they responded very call to any calls. They seemed to make things right which I didn’t seem it was initially. I will continue to use them in the future.

My experience with The Cleaning Authority LLC Company has been good. One really good thing about them is that they are green. They don’t use any harsh chemicals. However I’m planning to switch to another provider.

I like them a lot. They are very detailed and they are very professional. I plan to continue using them. There is an additional fee for the first two times because they are expecting it to be messier, but then the price dips. For the amount of people and for how quickly they work, the price is good.
