We had a couple of favors and she went beyond her job duty. We gave Terry specific feeding instructions, and she was very nice about it, and followed through.
Terry is very thorough, and left us a VERY detailed description of each visit. 
Finally, someone who really cares about the animals and trustworthy! Big plus.

Terry is  very reliable , professional and very good pet care provider.  She even  did extra care for my dog such as brushing his teeth.  She was very good in handling him when walking, since  he is a  hyperactive, large dog, but she had no problem in getting him to walk and behave well.  I am very thankful I found her thru your site.

Terry was great. She came and met my dogs before I left. Very friendly my dogs to tour immediately. I would certainly hire her again!

Things went great as usual. We feel very comfortable with having Terry in charge while we are gone.

At the end of July we took a 15 day trip back east. Terry has helped us in the past so I called her again. Thankfully she was available during our dates of travel. Terry came to the house twice a day: once each in the morning and afternoon. Bruno had been put on antibiotics a few days before we left and Terry finished giving him his capsules. Bruno is a bit of a challenge in this regard buy Terry was successful.  She brought in the mail each morning. She also watered our plants and added pool chemicals a couple of times. There are probably many other things she did that I just don't remember. 
    Usually I'll send Terry an email letting her know what we would like to have done and to make sure she is comfortable with each of the tasks. Terry has always been very positive and willing to do all the "chores" we've needed to have done. I feel so comfortable and trusting of Terry that I have keep a set of our house keys to use whenever we are away. While we are gone I never feel the need to call and check up. Prior to our trips I call our vet and give them Terry's name as the care taker and let Terry know what the spending limit is for each dog. I trust her judgment and feel comfortable leaving our pets in her care.
    Terry is very good with making notes about the daily activities of the dogs and any other tasks that she does. She goes above and beyond what many others would do while taking care of our pups.

We have 3 very active and high strung Chihuahuas, so going on vacation in the past, even for just a weekend was nearly impossible for us, both emotionally and financially, until we found Terry!!!  When we called her and left a message, she returned our call quickly, made an appointment to come and meet our dogs and came to our home promptly as we arranged!!  After interviewing her, seeing her with our dogs, and hearing her great prices, we decided to go ahead and give it a try.  We scheduled her for 1 weekend with our dogs and have now totally fallen in love with her!!
She texted our cell phones to let us know how everything was and told us we could text her anytime to check in, which we did.  Terry was sooooo good with our dogs that when we got back from our short trip, it was as though we had never left.  This was the first time we left our dogs and we were concerned that they would not do very well.  But, they loved Terry and when we got home, they were calm and settled as if we had been there the whole time!!  Terry let them out of their kennels for potty breaks, food and exercise and she documented all of the activity and her visit times on a log sheet that she left on our kitchen table.  They played with her and she even scooped the poop while she was with them.  We have wild bird feeders in our yard that she even kept full for us while we were gone.  She also opened and closed blinds, turned lights on and off and generally made our home look as if we weren't gone at all!!
Terry is amazing with animal behavior as well, and has helped us with a couple of behavioral concerns that we had with our dogs. Things are going better all the way around, since we've gotten to know her!!
I received a trip to Japan from March 27th to April 5th and since our dogs did so well with Terry before, we decided to ask her to help us out again.  My husband was home during my trip, but his work schedule takes him away from the house at some pretty extreme hours, but Terry was able to fill in the gaps with our dogs, and they did extremely well while I was gone on this trip too!!
Because of Terry's great service and very reasonable prices, we feel free to go on vacation whenever we want now and know that it will be a totally stress free time!!!

Excellent. Terry provided all the services that were discussed prior to our trip. Terry left a form for us stating the time she arrived each visit, how long she stayed and the things that she did.
Terry came to the house each morning between 0900 and 1000 hours. She is a dog breeder as well as a dog groomer. She came to visit the dogs prior to our leaving town. The dogs were very comfortable with her and vice versa. I quickly developed a sense of trust with Terry and never worried about our pets while we were gone. Significanty better than a kennel as well as less expensive.

Terry responded quickly to our initial email. We discussed our needs and arranged an appointment for Terry to come to the house and meet Bruno and Bailey. Terry asked many questions to enable her to get a clearer picture of the dogs typical behaviour and any likes or don't likes. Terry gave us her work experience: she is a true pet lover; long time dog groomer, she has bred dogs, she has 4 dogs of her own, she does sitting, walking/excercise, behaviour issues and special needs. We provided Terry with our pets shot records to show they are up to date. We chose the services we wanted and signed a short contract. Terry's fee was $20 per visit which I felt was very fair. We had her come to the house twice a day. In the morning she provided dog treats as is the normal routine. For the late afternoon visit she fed the dogs, brought in the mail, scooped the poop, watered the plants, checked on the dogs water supply but most importantly Terry provided companionship and love. She asked us what limit we wanted to set for emergency care should the need arise and we provided her with the name, address and phone number of our vet. She stated she would leave a work sheet showing what time she arrived each day, how long she stayed and what chores were done. When we returned the sheet was on the counter and she had included notes of any changes in our pets behaviour, such as Bruno not taking treats after the first day. We felt very comfortable with Terry and gave her a set of keys to the house. I believe her to be honest, trustworthy, fair and very personable. I highly recommend Terry and plan on using her services again. She has eliminated our concern about our dogs getting good care while we are travelling. Much better than a kennel.
