Tamarack Pest Control was founded in March of 2001 and incorporated in October of 2005, becoming Tamarack Pest Control Inc, a California corporation. Through continued hard work of its employees and officers Tamarack continues to post good growth through excellent service, sales and acquisitions. Our goal is to continue to grow profitably and employ more quality employees within our community.Our commitment is not only to our customers but also to our employees. We desire all associated with our organization to mature and prosper in the unique profession we have chosen. "We did perform a real estate inspection at this property. It was occupied and furnished during the inspection process. This home not only received a termite inspection but also a home inspection report was completed. Neither the home inspector nor the termite inspection caught the damaged door. We agree that the door was damaged however we felt that the previous owner may have had so much clutter in the laundry room that it was not visible during our inspection. This is why neither inspector caught it. This is also why we have disclosures to protect us for a house that has inaccessible areas do to furniture, storage etc. The house had many other problems that were caught during our inspection. The purchaser opted not to fix any of the other problems noted on our report. Therefore no termite certification was ever provided. The realtor did request that we fix the door for the client and that he would pay for it. As of 6/21/13 we have yet to receive payment for the work we completed. Please consider the source of these reviews before making any decisions. I would be happy to speak to anyone regarding the issue here. Thank you, Brian Reinke President"
