Steve Patrick Air Cond

I didn't use Angi list, But I had used Steve Patrick's before so I called again and guess what? It was not explained to me that they had gone up to $150 to come out to check plus another $150 trip fee because I live in Madera. I'm still getting over a$300.00 charge for them to tell me they can't fix the unit!!! I will never deal with them again, And I hope I've discouraged you from using them as well, There's just as good of companies out there at $75-$80 for a call.

Andrew was prompt and diagnosed the problem in a short amount of time. The unit worked fine after that. I don't feel qualified to assess whether the price was right because I don't know the cost of the part. Overall, the work was performed and met my expectations.

It went well. They do awesome job. They are prompt polite and professional.

In the plus column, the tech came out the same day I called (a Saturday) and was able to repair the AC! Unfortunately, the minus column is a bit longer. First, I was not informed about the high extra charge for rush or weekend work. Also I've sinced researched the cost of the part installed and learned their price was not particularly competitive. Next, I wish the tech would have cleaned up after himself better. He picked up some of the mess he made, but not all. Finally, he lacked professionalism in that he seemed to dislike dealing with women. Ray (the tech) kept wanting to discuss the problem, price, repairs, etc only with my brother. My brother had to repeatedly direct him back to me.

quick service came very day they were called and repaired air condition for very little cost. Gave us service call cost before arrival. arrived at time given. We are very happy.

Work was performed professionally; however, wasn't told of weekend rate charge when calling for service. Labor charge was $140 (1 1/4 hrs).

Called the company. they said they could have a technician there in one half hour. he showed up in exactly one half hour, fixed the problem and only charged me for a service call. I will use them again.

Very courteous and professional, but didn't have enough PVC for the new condensate line or the right size filter! Ultimately, they were unable to unclog the condensate line which was the primary reason I called them.

Between first phone call and finished repair was 3 hours...Great service !!

He got it done well. It saves electricity. He's the only person that would work on my steep roof. They are always prompt. They do what they say they will do. They stuck to the quote. We always call them when we have a problem.

My husband thought there was no way we would get someone out the same day especially considering the heat, but they did.

Steve showed up promptly and found the filter was plugged on the intake and the battery low on the thermostat also some minor adjustments and it was up and running in no time. They had a great attitude and were very professional. I will use him on my other rentals.

THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK! THEY TALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING AND WERE VERY FAIR AND HONEST, THEY DIDN'T TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME IN ANY WAY. I THOUGHT THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB.

HE WAS VERY RESPECTABLE AND SEEMED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW TO FIX IT. HE EVEN MADE SURE TO CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF, WHICH IS HIGHLY UNUSUAL. HE GOT IT DONE IN A TIMELY FASHION AND IT WASN'T THAT EXPENSIVE.

I HAVE USED HIM FOR YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK HE HAS DONE. HE WORKS QUICKLY AND IS VERY PROMPT. HE TRIES TO GET TO MY HOME ON TIME, AND SOMETIMES HE WILL GET THERE A DAY EARLY. THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED LAST TIME.
