The owner "Steve" texted me back within  7 min., stating wanted to set up a.m. appointment and talk in the morning.
He called me the next morning discussed job and costs and said he would be here right after I got off work. He kept in text contact and arrived exactly on time. Very polite and extremely fast and professional. Completed difficult and dangerous work with ease and safely. The final bill was as we discussed and it was 1/4 less in cost than my previous estimate and did not have to wait 4 days for an appointment. I would highly recommend Steve Z. without any reservation. I use them because they are independent and excellent in everything. They are good and professional but sometimes they can't come on the same day. If it is a holiday then I would have to wait but I like them.
