The carpets were original to the house (about 18 years old) and in very rough shape, having been a rental property. The cleaning crew came in, pretreated, then shampooed the entire house. It looked much better but the high traffic areas were still very warn. The guys were friendly and professional.

It went very well. Nice couple of guys were great with moving furniture or working around what couldn't be moved. Carpet came out great

Punctual and courteous, good quality equipment I guess they did a good job.

I was very happy with them. They were fast, efficient and did a really good job. they worked hard with getting all of the spots out before they left. All of their employees were polite and contentious. They had a better price than some of their competitive. They also had a television special that I forgot to mention and he offered it to me anyway! He was trying to give me any discount that he could!

Did not receive a phone call the morning of the work, as was promised. Workmen just showed up at our door at 8:30, and I was not quite ready for them (not all furniture moved). This is the dispatcher's fault, and not that of the crew.

Workmen agreed to have a breakfast break and returned as promised, 25 minutes later.

Did a super job cleaning the rugs.

No problem with the cleaning crew - they were great. Disappointed that I was not called by dispatcher and told we were the first house to be cleaned that morning.

I think the cost is a little pricey, but we had all carpets deodorized and then had the protectant added later.

Be prepared, it takes time for the carpets to dry thoroughly. You need to turn off the air, open windows, and turn on any ceiling and floor fans you have to bring in outside air and move the air around to promote drying. It can take 3 to 6 hours.

Wanted to get our carpet cleaned and wanted to get it done in the same day if possible. Called their office and they were able to get us in their schedule. Came out and got the job done quickly and professionally. Very good job!

They called ahead to ask if they could come early, it was. They arrived, were professional and did a teriffic job.

We scheduled the mentioned cleaning in less than a week - they guys (Steve and Jared) even showed up early! They were very nice and made it a point to make sure I was happy with the results. Every time they finished an area they would ask me to take a look to make sure there wasn't anything I thought they missed or something additional I wanted done - just making sure I was satisfied. They did an awesome job - the carpet looks great!

They had to come back to redo a few problem areas. What I was impressed with the most is the way the company handled my concerns. They came back the same day and worked with me until I was completely satisfied. I cannot say enough about how professional and concerned the company was in making sure they performed the highest quality job they could. There are times when you encounter unforeseen problems in doing any type of work. Its how the company handles the problem which sets them apart from other carpet cleaning companies. I would definitly recommend Stanley Steemer to friends.

Overall it went pretty well. They were punctual; and got right to work. They were respectful. I really only had a couple of complaints. They didn't put some of the furniture and lamps, etc. back in place before they left. They left a little bit of a mess behind them; some of the extra foam pads were left laying around in various places throughout the house. The workers worked hard and finished in a timely manner. I felt like the price was a little high considering my house is not that large. Also, one of the workers didn't seem to know exactly what to do--he may have been new, 'cause the other worker had to instruct him what to do.

My favorite part was I was able to get a detailed quote and schedule service all online! I didnt have to speak with anyone! They arrived well within the time frame I scheduled and my carpet is white again! It had turned a dingy beige but now its so nice and clean. Ive had other people clean my carpets in the past and this was the best Ive ever seen.

My old carpet looks great. They took the time to get out oil stains and remove a wax spill. The work was done in about 40 minutes. They moved all the furniture for me and put it back. The only real problem I had was the scheduling. When I called they said they would come "tomorrow as close to noon as possible". They called on the day scheduled and said they were confirming my appointment for the NEXT day, and could they come right at 10:00? I OK'd that. Then on the day of the service they called to confirm my appointment "between 10 and 12". So be triple sure when you schedule, but I would recommend them. The carpet cleaning was $99.00, the Scotch Guard was $65.00.

Appointment was scheduled at my convenience, by the owner, who answered the phone. The two carpet cleaners arrived punctually, were very polite, efficient, careful in moving furniture, and did an exceptionally wonderful job. My carpets look beautiful! I will definitely call them again.

Communication was good; spoke with owner over phone and with email. Liked that I could request and schedule services on company's website, including price quote. The service technician was extremely professional and did a very good job. I will definitely use them again.

This is an old very dirty and stained carpet. Two previous cleaning services did not do much to improve it, but this company did a wonderful job. They are the only company that has asked detailed questions about the history of the carpet and its care before beginning work. I am very satisfied. They were about 1/2 hour late, but they had called the previous day to say they might be late.

I think they should have vacuumed the furniture before they cleaned it- which they didn't. Overall - the furniture looks dingy since it has been cleaned. To me, it seems that they just spread the dirt around. I am not very satisfied with the job.

The company representatives arrived promptly and were professional at all times, and cleaned the carpets using the steam clean system. For the most part, the carpet was cleaned well and deodorized effectively. However, because the device could not get next to the wall, the carpet was left with a dark ring around the room. The technicians said that nothing could be done about that, but it seems that a narrow, angled nozzle would clean this. I don't know if any other company could do a better job, but since I want a clean carpet, I am having to remove it for cleaning outside of the house.

They removed all the stains and the carpets look amazing. We're very happy with their service.

Two very presentable young men came to do the work, right on time, and did their job diligently. They cleaned thoroughly and then applied Scotchgard and odor control spray. They carefully hung the rug so that it would dry properly. Stains I had tried very hard to get out of the carpets were gone and everything smelled fresh and clean. Before they left, the young men showed me how to treat spots and clean upholstery. In the middle of the job, a courteous and businesslike manager came by to check on their work. This made me feel particularly good about hiring Stanley Steemer.

I would recommend them in a heart beat. They did an excellent job on my carpets. They made sure to get all the stains out of the carpets and make them look new again. They do have competitive pricing, however I really don't remember what they charged the last time they were here.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID THE JOB QUICKLY. ALSO, I THINK THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK THIS COMPANY DID, THEY CAME OUT ON TIME, AND HAD EVERYTHING DONE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR PRICES WERE KIND OF HIGH BUT I DISCOVERED THAT THE QUALITY WAS WELL WORTH THE MONEY.
