They are very trustworthy, reliable and honest. They don't do costly services, unless they get our approval for it. One can believe what they are telling without having a second guess. We haven't compared the price.

He listened to my description of the problem, found that I was correct, and replaced the broken part. He thought that there might also be an electrical problem, and ordered that part also just in case. When he saw that the electrical part on my van was okay, he replaced it and sent the new part back to the supplier.
I greatly appreciate being taken seriously, treated fairly, and my business welcomed.
I will, most definitely, take my vehicle to Snapps Service Center for future care.

He was very honest. I've never been to an auto service provider that was so honest and upfront. He wasn't trying to use me or anything. They're family-owned. Everything, they just did not get back to me in a timely manner. I would use them again.

I have been going to Snapp's Service Center for at least 15 years. My family has been going for substantially longer than that. I trust Doug Snapp implicitly. I have always felt that the service was outstanding, and the prices very reasonable. Doug will never suggest an unnecessary repair. I know that my mother feels the same way. Doug kept my mother's Ford Explorer going for over 300,000 miles, I believe. Doug also has staff willing to drive the customer to work, if necessary.

They have taken care of our vehicles for the last twenty years. They are family-owned and managed. If they say something needs to be done, it needs to be done. We have never felt that they have been looking for business by saying things need to be done when they do not need to be.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD ABOUT GETTING THE CAR INTO THE SHOP AND GETTING IT FIXED AND BACK TO US. THEIR PRICE MIGHT HAVE BEEN A LITTLE HIGH, BUT FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK IT WAS UNDERSTANDABLE.
