I went in for simple alignment because my steering was pulling to the left. Got there at 8am and was the second customer. Alex took my info and gave me the estimate after explaining three options. He also noted my left front tire was getting low on tread. Once the mechanic took a look they found that tire had worn through to the steel belt.
I was due to go to Visalia that day and it was raining... I could have had a blowout at 70mph if they hadn't seen this tire! I authorized two new tires and was on my way home within 45 mins! My car drove like new!

I've heard some bad things about Sears Auto in the past but I've been going to this same store for over 10 yrs and have never had anything but great service.
